Awful product and no returns. A total piece of s*** and worthless, DO NOT BUY

I bought the watch based on thier representation that it monters blood pressure. It doesn't! I tried 4 times to get help from the company only to get boilerplate answers. I then tried to return to watch as defective. The company did not accept my information and didn't provide a address to return. I escalated to PayPal and was given an address. It is under review at PayPal now. Don't spend a nickel with this company!

This watch only charges on a computer, not on a normal AC outlet. I have not even had this watch for 2 weeks and the screen has gone all fuzzy and can't read it. Was working fine yesterday evening. I tried to complete a return form for a faulty item and it tells me the item is non-returnable. DON'T KNOW WHY. Also be ware, the manual tells you it is only splash proof, then why do they have activity recordings for swimming and water sports??? Of course there is no phone number to speak to anyone so am waiting for reply to my email for returning this item. Won't hold my breath. Very disappointed.

Waiting four weeks for a delivery. Must be a scam. No watch no happiness. Order elsewhere!

Ordered and paid for watch in September was sent to address i did not supply, they said they sent another watch in Nov it was tracked to Melbourne and showing Exception on track same as 1st one I have requested refund several times no reply from them since 23rd November how can I get money back, tried PayPal they said to contact seller what can I do

I bought this in order to keep an eye on my blood pressure. However the readings from the watch are always similar and bear no relation to those I get at the same time from my doctor checked monitor. Just glad I got it at sale, rather then full, price. Step counting is accurate though. Small consolation.

Absolute dogs*** of a device. Charged it up, fired it up connected device to phone and then vertical lines flickering on my screen. Cannot get it to stop. DO NOT BUY took a month to arrive with loads of BS about tracking number and appparently sat in Sydney for 11 days. Have contacted customer service for a refund/replacement.

I received an email that Informs ,me the following..I actually followed there charging procedure to use only USB port on PC or under 2A- so now they have blocked my email sending stuff to them IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not touch this company. I bought a watch from these on the 30/09/2024. I wanted it to count my steps, the watch is faulty and adds on 1000's of steps when I am sat down. I have contacted the company 4 times via email, and because when they finally replied, it was over the 30 day period, and you cant send an item back if it has been worn I cannot get a refund. This is absolutely disgusting.

Never received my purchase. Got given a fake tracking number and they just keep telling me fake stories about where my purchase is supposed to be. This is just a fake company and please do not throw away your money.

Customer service is Atrocious. My wife has contacted them many times and many times the response has not response or not given a clear answer.
My wife and I both have the product. We even went as far as syncing them in 2 separate building. Our steps are doubled on both watches. The weather, is not accurate, pulse, blood pressure, heart rate don't work correctly. WW does not support it either. We are using the suggested app, But there is clearly either something wrong with these watches or the programing.
My other thought is that that you cannot have the same watch in the same house hold. Nowhere does it say so in the website or documentation.
You have no Idea if it works or defective until you use it. With that being said, I would like to return these for a full refund at once.
Their policy must be returned unused. How can you do this without testing it. That is a stupid policy.

You cannot have more than one in the house, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I have emailed them over and over with no response. The watch is huge, does not work is absolutely worthless. The step counting does not work. My steps go on my husbands watch, I was not wearing the watch and it was counting steps. The blood pressure always states 140/90 even at the doctors office where they were getting different figures. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!
