Sarah Cotton was kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. She made the moving experience much simpler and she was always quick to respond to any queries. We are very grateful to her for all her help.

We recently purchased our plot, and we could not be happier with the experience, all thanks to Maggie, our senior sales representative. From our very first meeting, Maggie made us feel incredibly welcome and confident about taking this big step.She is the absolute definition of professionalism, combining a warm, friendly attitude with an exceptional attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, Maggie kept us fully informed at every stage, answering all of our queries and handling everything with incredible efficiency. We have had an excellent experience buying our new home at Nedge Hill in Telford. I cannot praise Sue Markham enough she is a real asset to the company and so professional.

Our interactions with the company have been excellent throughout. Shayma and Emma both were professional, thorough and patient. In the end we decided that the home we were originally interested in was not for us and we decided to withdraw from the process during the cooking off period. However this was not the fault of the sales team, and we were treated cordially at all times. I would definitely recommend SH as a company that is both fair and trustworthy, and who have helpful and excellent staff.

We met Shayma Beensaad at the Whitehall Gadens development today. What a wonderful ambassador for the company. She welcomed us, was so knowledgable and helpful and she made the entire afternoon a real pleasure.

From the moment we stepped through the door of the show home, Maggie made us feel completely at ease. At no point did we ever feel under any pressure, which made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s been really exciting attending viewings and seeing the updates on our new home as it’s being built.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Darren, the site manager, who further cemented our belief that we had made the right decision. His professionalism and knowledge gave us great confidence in the process.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the house. We’ve visited other sites and met with other sales staff, including Sue and Caroline, and every single person we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and a real credit to Shropshire Homes.
