We will be moving into our property in March, however, the customer service we have received so far is fantastic! We early bird reserved our property in October 2023 and since we have such a positive experience with Maggie. No task is too big and she always goes the extra mile to help us (even with the million and one questions I had). It’s always a scary experience buying your first home but the support and guidance Maggie gave us was amazing. Maggie is a credit to your company!

We have recently moved into our new home at Foundry Point. Without Ruth in the office I don’t think it would have at all been possible! From chasing solicitors, buyers, estate agents and head office it was a tough push to get us in within the designated time bracket! But somehow and going above and beyond she made this possible for us! Ruth has been there every step of the way and even after being in for nearly two weeks is still very much there for us if needed! She is an asset to the company and a very friendly face on site! Even our dogs itch to get in the show home to see her when we go for walks! Thank you so much for all your help!
As for the home, we are absolutely in love with it and it has been made to a very high standard with great specifications tailored to our needs! The guys on site are all really nice and polite and if help is needed they are there! Best decision we ever made going with Shropshire Homes! Thank you to you all and keep up the good work!!

Shropshire homes have made everything so easy for us to move into our new home. From our very first visit we have been treated brilliantly by everyone we’ve come across. Working with the sales team to get everything agreed to being shown round our house has been a great experience and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all.

From the start we were keen to purchase a house from Shropshire Homes as the site was in a good position; close to the country but within walking distance of the town and the house designs suited our needs. All in all it was a year before we were able to proceed with a purchase and during this time the sales office kept us informed about the availability of homes and were very helpful in keeping the purchase procedure ticking along. The construction of the homes is good, the fitments are of a good quality and if reserved in time there is a choice of cupboard colours and flooring. Albeit there is a small annual service charge it does mean all public spaces are kept looking good. I would recommend this company.

Shropshire Homes have provided us with a home of fantastic quality and style that will no doubt stand the test of time.

We wanted to say a big thank you to Maggie at the Crudgington Fields development. She has provided an excellent service from start to finish. Buying your forever home is a huge decision to make and not something you do very often so understandably it can be a stressful process; however Maggie’s attentiveness, friendly approach and passion for what she does made the experience really enjoyable. Maggie went above and beyond on many occasions. We particularly appreciated the time and consideration Maggie gave in helping us finalise difficult decisions when purchasing optional extras. With hindsight it’s clear to see that, without Maggie’s second opinion and new build expertise, we very nearly made poor design decisions that would have been costly to rectify.

We are extremely happy with our home purchase and we felt very settled immediately.

Both Sarah and Ruth have been nothing but supportive, helpful and kind. Nothing has been too much trouble and their communication has been perfection! Can’t wait to move in. Thank you.

Update - post sales customer service is shocking. I would not recommend or buy another Shropshire Home.

We've recently completed our purchase at Foundry Point. Pre-sales engagement was very good, both Sarah and Emma were very knowledgeable. There were some challenges with the completion, with a compromise reached. However had I realised the disruption to remediate the agreed changes, I would have pushed back on the completion date. Post sales care has been very disappointing and disjointed. There has been very little by way of checking to see how things are. Very sad really given the pre-sales engagement was good.

Ruth has been an absolute star from the beginning! She explained everything brilliantly and was thorough throughout the entire process: Her patience is unmatched, from viewing the house multiple times to picking the flooring I cannot thank her enough!

We moved into our new home at Lawrence Park two weeks ago and now it’s time to write a review.
Shropshire Homes have struck a nice balance between friendly and approachable local builder, while still offering the relative security of dealing with a bigger company. From the initial viewing of Lawrence Park with the wonderful Emma, to finally reserving our home with Caroline, our experience at Lawrence Park has been great.

Caroline has been amazing with us all through our buying journey, offering fun, friendly and professional advice all the way. The build standard of our new home is exceptional and site manager Darren has been fantastic, doing all he can to make sure our home is as close to perfect as possible. I’ll also mention here Andy Tolley, who helped us a lot with plenty of experienced, friendly and helpful advice at both handover meetings.

We chose to use the Part Exchange option for buying our home and whilst it was convenient and reassuring to have our plot secured from the outset, I do feel Shropshire Homes could use some constructive feedback on handling the conveyancing process for those opting for the Part Exchange pathway. However, despite our frustrations at times with that, our new home is beautiful and all the Shropshire Homes team members we’ve spoken to have been great - many thanks to them all.

I can’t fault the quality, service and support of everyone at Shropshire Homes. I have recently purchased at Foundry Point in Whitchurch and the whole process has been great. This has been thanks in large to Sarah in the sales office who is simply exceptional.
Not only is she very knowledgable, she takes time to get to know you and is always on hand to offer help, advice or time to discuss options and answer questions (for which I had many!)
The site team have been superb, and have talked through the build, the houses and the future plans.
This is my second Shropshire Homes purchase and I am so pleased to have another property that I am sure will be as wonderful as the first.

Show Home well presented, helpful knowledgeable staff, friendly always there to answer your questions. Always a smile, and sometimes a cup of coffee or tea. They say for something positive there is always a negative. In this case, no bacon sandwich with your morning coffee or no Victoria Sponge with afternoon tea, You cannot have it all.

We cannot recommend Shropshire homes enough.
From start to finish they have been fantastic and gone above and beyond.
We went round several developments in the area and none of them compared to Shropshire homes. We cannot thank them enough from Liam the site manager to Ruth the sales executive who made the process very easy and could not have given us anymore of her time, she is a real credit to the company.

Even though i love my house so many issues, wonky window ledges leaking sink, sunken bath and dented door. i reported the door over 12 months ago to sight manager and sales manager but now i have had someone out to look they just want to replace with new letter box, absolute joke of a company’s they take no accountability for anything. said it wasn’t mentioned on handover but due to their mess up i wasn’t able to be there at handover, it’s all about paper trails x Disgrace of a company they are your best friend when buying but soon as contract completed they dont want to know quick to get your money, after sale care is the worse i have ever come across. I definitely wouldn’t buy another house of them, stay away

I moved into Foundry Point, Whitchurch 3 months ago and am totally in love with my new home. The move couldn’t have been easier and it was made a much smoother and enjoyable experience by the team on site especially the lovely on site sales lady Sarah. Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and any issue is sorted straight away. All who work on the site are friendly and happy to help you out.
Thank you, moving house alone is very daunting but you all made it stress free!!
