Pushed to pay for the course when I was not sure, pushed by three employees to give a video testimony when I did not want to and told this well before and during the event Title split at the purchase point although it’s the main subject I was interested in as investor, it’s not delivered accurately or possible in most circumstances, all other materials are the same as other academies and on line training. So had no value whatsoever and wasted my times and money

Your response is unprofessional, misleading, and in several respects, factually incorrect. The way you have chosen to reply to what was a calm and honest account of my experience only serves to further prove my point. Rather than addressing my concerns constructively, your reply seeks to discredit me personally rather than engage with the substance of my review. I raised my concerns in good faith and expected to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, your response has only served to reinforce my concerns. I have not blocked your company and I have got all texts, emails and your experts invoices when I never instructed them to formally represent me.

I was pressured into purchasing the 3 day Title Split Elite Mastermind Live course by your employees on the 25/04/2026, on the promise that it would deliver information on TitleSplit on purchase. This conduct is aggressive commercial practice under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

I purchased this course with a specific interest in Title Split on the purchase point of a property, which purports to provide accurate and comprehensive knowledge beyond generic knowledge. As an experienced developer of over 30 years, I found the course content to be generic and of no unique or meaningful value. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 mandates that services must be delivered with reasonable care and skill and must be as described which is not the case.

Contrary to your claims, I did not willingly provide a testimonial. I made it clear on multiple occasions that I did not wish to participate in any social media video. Despite this, I was the very first person approached (wonder why!) and was pressured by three employees who ambushed me into doing so in return for a deal checker I had well before I came to you. I did not appreciate the manipulative and coercive manner in which it was obtained.

I made enquiries regarding your additional services, none of which were undertaken/free. It is entirely reasonable to query services on offer, particularly given that the course content was not as promised. I engaged entirely in good faith and when it became clear that the course did not deliver what was represented/claimed, I exercised my right to seek a refund. Rachael Knight refused to provide a refund on the basis that the 14-day cooling-off period runs from the date of purchase rather than the date of delivery. This interpretation is misleading. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where a service has not yet been fully performed, the cooling-off period and consumer rights remain engaged. Furthermore, where a service is not delivered as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides the right to a full refund. Seeking to rely on semantics to deny a consumer a valid refund further demonstrates the unprofessional manner of this business.

I stand by my review and would encourage anyone considering this course to carefully review what is being promised against what is actually delivered. I intend to pursue this matter through the appropriate consumer channels, including Trading Standards and the Competition and Markets Authority, if a satisfactory resolution is not provided. All supporting evidence will be submitted to the relevant bodies accordingly.

I reply to ensure the circumstances are factually and not misrepresented however, I will not be engaging further on this matter. I would however strongly recommend that you treat customers with respect and refrain from coercing them into purchasing products or services. The tone and unprofessional nature of your response speaks for itself, and I am confident that most readers will draw their own conclusions from it.

Furthermore, you have called some of your own power team constantly during the three days so how can any one trust them? We have our own business consultants and you also called your previous paid customers for starting an academy too, isn”t that what you did after you had some training with some academy? It’s ok for you but not for others?Hence I asked you not to bring my name in your events in any way or I hold you liable for defamation of character Rachel the Queen of Title Split as you call yourself. My honest negative reviews are minor compared to the volume of great majority used

Whilst it is condensed into 3 days and therefore quite demanding as a learning experience, I think this actually helps as you become absorbed and engaged at the same time, which I don't think would work as well if split into shorter periods of learning. We joined a 3 day masterclass and have come away so enthused. The course was well thought out.
Rachel and her fellow presenters delivered it in such a way that even my rusty brain could take in the information!
It’s a complex topic and no 2 property deals are the same… we got to unpick the detail and were shown the steps and the order to follow.
My biggest take away is probably the connections, the fellow attendees and speakers but all so access to the dream team of experts.

I’ve completed a 2 day and a 3 day course with Titlesplit and it’s like no other training out there! The courses contain a wealth of knowledge, not only on title splitting but other property strategies too. The whole team are professional and personable, conducting themselves with honesty and integrity. There is a clear sense of the company’s values through out the courses, which is to deliver the highest quality, ethical training.

I’ve just competed the 3 day Mastermind and have been seriously impressed by the breadth and depth of the training. I particularly liked the fact that (a) there was an honestly and frankness that’s hard to find in this arena and (b) the fact that there was no attempt to upsell on the day.
