i dealt with the Diss Office and this was a great company to work with from start to finish , Jake and Steve always kept in contact at every stage and there where always updates from other staff members, which takes away the stress and worry of selling your house , all the staff where always professional and polite. Have recently sold and bought with Starkings &Watson. We had a first rate service from start to finish. Chris suggested a valuation that we were happy with. Contract was explained and was very competitive. Professional photos and video was taken, the board put up and after several viewings we were sold within 2 weeks. Thanks to Max and Daniel for their help with the sale part.
We were specific with the type of property and area we wanted to move to. We were then introduced to the wonderful Sam at the Brundall office. She worked tirelessly to find and secure us our dream property contacting us every few days to keep us informed.
Unfortunately our sale then fell through when our buyer lost their sale, we were distraught but the sales team got back on the case and we were sold again within 2 weeks.
It has been a really stressful few months with the ups and downs that come with moving and we thank the lovely Janet Riches along with Tracey and James in the after sales team for getting us over the line. We would strongly recommend Starkings & Watson to anyone.

Rosie Turley was, quite simply, exceptional.

We had a fairly long and at times rather wobbly chain, with the usual hiccups and a few extra for good measure, largely due to solicitor issues further down the line. At points, it genuinely felt like the whole thing might grind to a halt. Enter Rosie.

She was on it like a bloodhound, and I mean that in the best possible way. Constantly, calmly, and persistently chasing every link in the chain, digging into issues, and unpicking problems that most of us did not even know existed. What really stood out was how she did all of this with professionalism and kindness, never pushy, always measured, but incredibly effective.

Rosie made us feel like we were her only clients. She was approachable, responsive, and always at the end of an email or text, even later in the evening when most people would have switched off. That level of commitment does not go unnoticed.

Beyond her efficiency, she brings a genuine emotional intelligence to her work. She understands that moving house is not just a transaction, it is stressful, personal, and at times overwhelming. Rosie clearly cares about her clients and takes real pride in seeing things through to a successful conclusion.

I genuinely do not think our sale would have completed when it did, if at all, without her.

It took some time, but I always felt that the team were working for us. Steve was out main contact and always cheerful and supportive. Would recommend using this company.

I had such a good experience with Starkins team after trying to sell with another agent. I immediately felt the difference in a positive way. They are very kind but honest and determined to get the best deal they can for you. They took time to understand my separation and how emotionally challenging it is to have to sell your home when you are in a break up. They felt very safe and Ana James and Sam took very good care of me. I think starkins are fair , empathetic but professional and reliable. When selling your house you really need to be able to trust the agent and know they properly understand you and have time for you. I also liked that I got to speak to Sam weekly with updates and could call if I didn’t understand something . They are easy to talk to and easy to be around especially when taking care of viewings. They made sure my house sold at a price we needed and I would highly recommend them.

During the process of selling and buying a property I have found that this estate agent have proved to be the best in the area. They are honest and approachable and I’d recommend them to anyone. Laura in particular from the loddon branch has been so friendly and professional. They seem to work closely with all the branches and are so helpful.

I purchased my property via Starkings & Watson and received an incredibly professional service throughout. The three staff members involved in the process were Liz Hammond, Will Crawford and Ruby Harris, all of whom demonstrated efficiency, clarity and dedication to my case. Regular updates were provided regarding the conveyancing pathway and assistance was always readily available. Although the sale of our property took longer than anticipated, due to outside factors, there was very good communication throughout the process from the team at Starkings and Watson. Where appropriate, update emails were sent, as well as phone calls. The team were responsive to queries, returning calls promptly. A good experience.

Retiring and moving from my London base of 66 years, I asked to view a property on sale with Starkings & Watson. Ideal and instant viewing arranged. 24th January. I offered on the spot. During my drive back to London, a few conversations (hands-free) with manager Sam Homer. By the time I reached London, sale price agreed. By 26th, Sam had ensured that all agencies (solicitor, mortgage provider, vendor, purchaser) were connected. On 26th also, property off the market (sold to me - stc). Then liaison at Starkings managed by Sarah Short. Contracts exchanged 18th March. Completion set for 14th April. This may be unusual in terms of ease and speed. But the obvious stress involved was managed superbly by Sam ( and her colleagues Ana, Tabby and James) and Sarah. Any/every question/process was addressed instantly - and in a very friendly, caring manner! Quite fantastic endeavours by all concerned. Thank you all!

Cannot fault Starkings & Watsons, from start to finish they have been professional, informative and friendly. Chris was excellent at the valuation, Max, Charlotte and Daniel were always available to help, great at communicating and supporting with viewings. Even when our first buyer pulled out, they pulled out all the stops to reconnect the chain and did so successfully in only 6 days!

Would like to recognise Danielle Malt and James Leftley for some very thorough and informative viewings. We've been on multiple viewings with different agents and it is refreshing to have EAs that actually know the information about the property and answers to our questions. Sometimes EAs take for granted the fact that in many cases, buyers are making life changing decisions based on 1 or 2 viewings of a property and it is essential they are able to provide clarity on anything potential buyers can't actually see or experience on the viewing. Both James and Danielle were really good at answering our questions, and it showed a real respect for our time and due diligence.

I have just exchanged contracts, selling my house through Starkings and Watsons Estate Agents. Through the whole process they have been very supportive, keeping in touch with updates every step of the way. It said: I attempted to buy a house through you in 2017 and the service & communication was diabolical. You even went as far as to call my review fake. I haven't been near your company since (and never will), even though I have bought several houses locally. Do better
