Minors and Brady Recenzje

M&B were very professional and efficient in securing a probate sale for me - producing good quality images of the property, compelling marketing materials, a regular pattern of viewings and ultimately a price i was happy with. All handled with care and sensitivity by Liam and the team.

Claire Wilson was extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchase of our property which at times was rather stressful. She liaised regularly with all the other parties concerned and always kept us up to date on matters. Nothing wax scoop much trouble tomher

I cannot speak highly enough of Stuart and the team at the Bury St Edmunds branch. From our initial meeting to the successful completion of the project, they were outstanding in every respect, delivering excellent service and achieving everything within 14 weeks.

Claire Wilson provided truly outstanding after-sales support. Her communication, professionalism, and willingness to help were second to none, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Her service was genuinely flawless.

I fell in love with a property and in less than a week Minors & Brady sorted out so much stuff so quickly for me! I am a first time buyer so I wasn't entirely sure about a lot of things, but they helped me as much as they could. Highly recommend them

Isobel was very friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated it, that she took her shoes off and asked potential tenants to do the same as tenants were still living at the property. Very smartly dressed and professional.

I cannot recommend Minor & Brady highly enough!

From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. I genuinely felt that they cared about me as a customer and wanted to achieve the very best outcome for me, rather than simply seeing me as another sale.

Their communication and follow-up were outstanding. At no point did I ever have to chase them for anything — they were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and making sure everything was progressing as it should. The whole process was completed in just 8 weeks, which was fantastic.

As I live a long distance away from the property I was purchasing, I was initially concerned about how easy the process would be to manage remotely. However, I felt completely secure and confident that everything was in safe hands, and Minor & Brady made the whole experience incredibly straightforward and stress-free.

When I finally popped into the shop to collect the keys, the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. Although I had never actually met Stuart personally, he jumped up and greeted me like an old friend, which really summed up the warm and personable approach of the whole team.

Minor & Brady are a young, professional, enthusiastic and genuinely caring team, and it was a pleasure to have them handle my purchase.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Fantastic service from beginning to end!

Minors and Brady have been fantastic at helping us sell our house and making the process as smooth as possible from start to finish. Molly in particular is a credit to the team. She kept us regualrly updated on what was happening and really helped push the sale along when things out of our control popped up. Thank you guys for everything you have done! 5*

Viewed a property in Attleborough, Norfolk with Josh. Josh was incredibly patient and friendly throughout my viewing, whilst also having a good amount of knowledge about the house and the housing market in general. Although in the end that specific property was not the one for me, I am glad that it was Josh as it makes a big difference having a warm, friendly estate agent. Thanks 😊

Thank you to Claire Wilson and the team at Minors and Brady. Claire was our liason at the Estate Agent. She phoned us regularly with progress updates, coordinating with the buyers, their solicitor and our conveyancer. Keeping the sale to the forefront and pushing the completion through.
We would recommend Minors and Brady if you are considering a property.

Jess in after sales has been brilliant at weekly check-ins and updates. If we had any questions she had the answers or found the answers out for us efficiently. Thank you Jess for your help getting us through to the end.

Lauren, who showed us around was both professional and informative and was very easy to engage with.
5 STARS

Lloyd was incredibly helpful with so much knowledge of the property and the business itself, incredibly patient when it comes to questions and answers them professionally. What a great guy! Definitely recommend Lloyd if you want a viewing of a property or even a friendly chat!

If you want someone to steer you through the purchase of a property Claire Wilson is the person to have in your corner. She always check everything is going ok and checks in each week to make sure. Couldn’t have got through it all without her guiding hand, cheers.

Excellent service friendly staff.
Maddie has really been exceptional really help with all the solicitor chasing, have had better communication from Maddie than our own estate agent
Thank you Maddie for the smooth process and taking a lot of pressure of us both.

Claire Wilson is a credit to your company. Her conscientious professionalism has made the process of purchasing a property a very smooth and less stressful experience. Many thanks to all staff.

Aysegul kept me well informed throughout the entire process of selling my apartment and also purchasing the next property that we were moving into.
She was understanding, calm, and clear with information and advice, which she gave without the need to be pressed.
It is important to have someone honest, to the point, and who understands what is going on at each stage of the buying and selling process. Without Aysegul, this experience would have been a lot more frustrating.
Overall, Minors and Brady have been very good from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them for buying or selling property. Thank you.

We would like to thank Molly H , for her great work she has been doing over the past 2 months on the purchase of a property for us , Molly has acted very professionally and has been very pro active along the whole way.
A great asset to the company, we hope we get to deal with Molly again in the future .

Thank you

Richard from minors and Brady is the best property manager I have dealt with! he has been extremely professional and would highly recommend him to any prospective landlords or tenants - thanks again

Claire acted as our after sales advisor. She has been very prompt with updates and offering advice and guidance when asked. Overall a very good experience with Claire and the M&B team.

I would recommend M&B whole heartedly.

Can’t recommend Minors and Brady enough. Though my experience with any member of the team has been lovely, friendly and kind - I have to give a special mention to Sam C who truly went above and beyond to make a situation/issue out of anyone’s control, not only feel manageable, but actually reached the best possible solution and outcome for me. As a result, I’ve been able to settle into my new home with no further stress. Friendly, compassionate and couldn’t do more to help!
