I highly recommend this estate agent for anyone looking to sell a property. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. They kept us updated at every stage of the process, promptly answering questions. The marketing of the property was efficient and timely. They took care producing professional photos showing the best features of the home.
Having a named agent for after-sales who stayed actively involved, chasing up solicitors and ensuring everything moved smoothly across the finish line was reassuring . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I'm currently looking to move from my current rental and have seen a few properties listed, however, I have pets and despite asking upfront it does not appear that Minors & Brady will respond to a simple and genuine question about a property before taking your details and booking viewings which is concerning as it leads me to believe that they will decide on the answer as to whether they like you or not. My first experience was through Right Move and I was upfront at the start of the phone call with Minors & Brady that I have small pets, they proceeded to take my details for 10 minutes before telling me the landlord does not want pets.

They list properties to let when they don't have access to them for viewings, I assume as current tenants are still in the property. Photos are old photos.

Finding a suitable property is hard enough without information being withheld from potential tenants. I have been in my current rental for 8 years, I work full time and I have always paid my rent on time. I am simply looking to move more central but my experience with Minors & Brady has made it feel more stressful than it should be.

Molly was my Aftersales contact and I cannot fault the service I received.

Every week Molly called me with an update, but most importantly she did all the chasing and just got things pushed to be done. It took a lot of stress out of the moving house process.

I've had other companies provide some shocking customer service recently, so having Molly really did put some faith back that there are people out there who are passionate about their job and provide great customer service.

Dealing with Aysegul was so easy. Very helpful and always keeping me informed of progress. If I had a problem she was very prompt in dealing with it.

Minors and Brady have a very good understanding of market conditions and made good use of published data and analysis in what was a difficult market. After the sale of my house had been agreed, Claire Wilson provided an excellent service in keeping on top of difficult issues with the Council and made sure that the sale could proceed by keeping in close contact with all parties. This is very necessary where there is a chain involving other properties and particularly to prevent people from dropping out.

Lauren Rushmere, absolutely smashed it out the park, professional and courteous, such a delight, the whole process was made so easy for us, too work 😀

Maddy Rickhuss dealt with all our queries with utmost efficiency. She went the extra mile informing us of any delays further down the chain. Pleased to recommend Minors and Brady and Maddy in particular.

Isabel did a great job of showing me around the property. She was enthusiastic and able to answer all my questions. A very impressive service!

We got in to view a property quickly, Lauren showed us around. She was professional but realistic and not pushy which we liked.

The process of buying a house was made less stressful due to the professionalism and diligence shown, in particular, by Claire Wilson. I dealt firstly with karl for viewing, and then Cass for the sale to completion. Karl was awesome. Answered all our questions and seemed to genuinely want to help help us find our first home. He did marvellous.
Cass - she was awesome. A weekly check in phone call, chasing up solicitors and doing all the things we didn’t want to do. She put up with my endless emails and so on and remained polite, friendly and positive throughout our whole experience. I’d highly recommend minors and Brady if you are buying. They are lovely and friendly and helpful.
