We've just moved into our first new build property on Oakmere Ridge, Ellesmere. The attention to detail & helpful, friendly service & advice from Sarah Cotton has made a stressful move go so smoothly. Sarah has vast knowledge about the site & the information provided was very detailed.
The whole Shropshire Homes team have made us feel very confident about buying a new build & have all made us so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The house is completed to a high standard & we are very happy here.Special mention to Tanya for after sales service & resolving our problem quickly. Definitely recommend Shropshire Homes.

Just bought a house on Oakmere ridge, Ellesmere. The experience has been very easy and Sarah has been amazing and kept me informed throughout the process. Nothing has been too much trouble from extra viewings to my house to helping me download pdf’s and help with the process of buying. Couldn’t fault Sarah at all.

As we near the completion of our new home in the Derrington Meadows development, Ditton Priors, we wanted to say how impressed from the start we've been with the sales rep, Caroline.
Caroline has been consistently helpful, friendly, approachable and efficient. We feel that nothing has been too much trouble for her. We particularly valued her support when we chose our finishing touches. She was most patient, let us take our time and was available to advise when we requested this.
Because of our experience with Caroline, we feel confidence to be buying from a customer focused and trustworthy company. And the house is looking great!

We have just reserved our first home with Ruth at Mytton Oak Manor, she was so welcoming and helpful and really made a difference in us making our decision between other new build developments in the area! As a young couple we often don’t get taken seriously when walking into other developments sales offices but Ruth was ready to help and answer all the many questions we had resulting in us reserving our home! Would definitely recommended and a personal thankyou to Ruth for making the experience so much better!

Our Shropshire Homes house in Whitchurch was already complete when we first saw it (from the garden only). Sue was our contact and had the perfect manner - she called at just the right time to offer us an internal viewing, she left us on our own in the house for as long as we wanted to imagine living there, and she continued to facilitate during the legal process with courtesy and charm.
All the other Shropshire Homes folk we met during the buying process were helpful and friendly. We had the keys 8 weeks after placing our deposit.
When we had moved in, the trades people we were put in touch with to fix the inevitable snags were responsive and friendly.
Now that we have lived in the house for 6 weeks, everything works well. We are very happy with our purchase and, on the basis of our experience, can recommend Shropshire Homes.

I recently bought a property at the Oakmere Ridge development, and honestly, the whole process was made incredibly smooth by the amazing sales team at Shropshire Homes.

The team, especially Sarah, truly went above and beyond for me. My original sale fell through, and then my solicitors were being unhelpful, which made things incredibly stressful. Sarah stepped up, chasing both my solicitors and the estate agents, which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and gave me the reassurance I needed that everything would work out.

When it came to choosing my options, Sarah was brilliant. She has a real eye for what works and what doesn’t, helping me pick things that suited the house perfectly. She was also so meticulous, she checked all the details multiple times just to make sure nothing was missed and that I got exactly what I wanted. She even helped solve a last-minute panic when my under-sink storage units didn't fit the sinks, personally working to source replacements. That's true customer service!

The care hasn't stopped since I moved in either. Both Sarah and Stuart (the Site Manager) have popped down a few times just to check in, see how I'm settling, and offer assistance if anything wasn't quite right.

To wrap up, I've been genuinely surprised and impressed by the level of help and support I've received from Shropshire Homes. I have nothing but good things to say about Sarah and her team and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to buy. They really look after you.

We are purchasing a property at Farriers Gate and from the time we met Maggie at the sales office she has been amazing. As we are moving areas from Wales, Maggie has been accommodating and available to answer any queries we have. Helping us design our beautiful new home we can’t wait to move in.
We also met with Darren the site manager and we feel very confident with the quality of the build and the care and attention taken to ensure we are happy with everything.

The service we have received during the initial process of finding our first home with Shropshire Homes has been absolutely outstanding. I’ve found the website to be extremely user friendly with an abundance of details on both the properties and the business itself. When enquiring about the homes I was first put in touch with Maggie who was incredibly helpful and offered a lot of welcomed advice. Since then I have been in the delightful hands of Sales Executive Ruth who has been nothing short of exquisite. We have been updated at every stage of the journey so far with no question feeling too silly and provided with an outstanding level of service. Their collective professionalism has been encouraging. Everything they say they will do has been done, and we have been impressed by their consistency of approach and their patience as we have determined our choices of finishes and explored options of several variations to the build. We have benefitted from high standards of communications from both Sarah and Emma, both written and in person. We are now very much looking forward to our completion date and moving in.

We have bought a 4 bed at the new farriers croft site. What a great experience so far i couldn't fault anything, being from yorkshire cheaper would have been great lol. Joking aside maggie the sales lady and darren the site manager have been amazing. Both are so friendly. House looks amazing, spec on these houses is great cant wait to move in.

We are about to move into our new home on Oakmere Ridge. Having previously bought from a national developer, we can honestly say this experience couldn’t have been more different in a very positive way. Every step of the Shropshire Homes experience has been smooth, professional and a pleasure.

My Husband and I are getting ready to move into our new house at Oakmere Ridge, Ellesmere.
Our move has been stressful, as we are in our late seventies and I am disabled, but we cannot speak highly enough of the help and support we have been given from Sarah Cotton, the Sales Executive.
She has been there with us every step of our new home journey, always going above and beyond, with every aspect of the build stages and now chasing Solicitors, Estate Agents etc to push our chain to a successful moving date,
We have had several New Build houses, but Shropshire Homes are by far, the best build, presentation and finishings we have experienced.

We’ve just moved into our new home at Oakmere Ridge in Ellesmere, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone we dealt with at Shropshire Homes was friendly and helpful throughout the process.

A special mention to Sarah from the Sales Office, she was fantastic! She guided us every step of the way, was always quick to respond to our questions, and kept us updated with regular calls, which really helped ease a lot of the stress.

I have been visiting their sales office in Ditton Priors - called Derrington Meadows - since it first opended in May of this year. There I was met by sales rep CAROLINE. She is a lovely, wonderful person who made me feel most welcome. This is a great small site of less than 45 properties - so an excellent edge of a village location which has all very good services accessed by foot. I must say that Caroline is an excellent sales person for their company. She is very professional, polite and courteous. She knows their properties entirely and is never lost for the answer to my questions. No doubt she is an excellent Ambassador for their company and I just hope that her managers really appreciate her. I am un-decided on which plot to reserve/purchase and so I have walked down to the sales office a number of times. Each visit, I get the same most welcoming reception from her. A relaxed place to be. During my years I have purchased a number of new properties and also visited many sales offices, but this experience with Caroline beats all! Thanks Caroline.

We moved into our Shropshire Homes property 2 weeks ago . We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received so far . Our property is at the Oakmere Ridge development in Ellesmere and Sarah our sales executive has been just incredible as has Emma .
The communication throughout the process was exemplary from Sarah from day one . Apart from being super friendly and personable Sarah was never a ‘pushy’ sales person . You can tell she believes in the homes she is selling and any very minor issues have been immediately resolved . This development is still being built so I have met quite a few of the building site team and they could not be more helpful or friendly .
To sign off I would 100% recommend Shropshire Homes we couldn’t be happier .
