Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas pu fournir les justificatifs réclamés à maintes reprises et que l'absence de collaboration ne vous ait pas permis d'obtenir gain de cause dans cette réclamation.
Vous nous avez envoyé des photos laissant apparaitre un emballage ne provenant pas de notre boutique en ligne, nous laissant fortement douter de la provenance réelle de la bougie de notre boutique.
Nous avons réclamé la preuve de l'ouverture d'une réclamation auprès des services Colissimo, et celle-ci n'a pas été faite (nous avons accès à l'ensemble des réclamations client suite à nos envois).
Vous avez ouvert un litige sur PayPal et l'organisme à plaider en notre faveur, nous avons apporté des arguments concrets, quand ceux qui vous étaient réclamés sont arrivés après la clôture du dossier par PayPal, et les nouvelles photos tant attendues et réclamées sont assez différentes des premières envoyées, ce qui, même après-coup, pose fortement question.
Hélas toutes ces circonstances ne permettent pas d'établir la provenance réelle de la bougie de notre stock.
Nos emballages pour les bougies découlent d'une procédure particulière et aucune casse n'a jamais été avérée à ce jour.
Nous regrettons votre note qui ne nous semble pas appropriée lorsque vous avez manqué de coopération pour la résolution de votre réclamation.

Awesome catalog of perfumes, outstanding customer service
Awesome catalog of perfumes, amazing price. Yes, I had to pay for the delivery out of my pocket but even including that, the price was unbeatable. Their customer service was excellent, prompt replies to my queries.
There was a miscommunicate with DHL partner from their end which resulted in shipment to be returned to them the very next day of shipping, but they re-packed and re-shipped the very next day. The delivery box was beautifully curated on the inside with a good selection of samples/gifts and a cute certificate stating that the order was prepared by Ilana. Keep up the good work. Definitely not my last purchase from them.

Will order again
I ordered on last Friday and received my package today Wednesday so 5 days later.
It was packaged really well (thank you Gianni) and received 4 wonderful samples, thanks a lot!!
However, at no point did I receive any confirmation of my purchase when I bought nor any information when it was shipped, which can be worrisome when spending a large sum of money. This is something I hope they will start doing.
Other than that 5/5 experience, would definitely recommend and will order from again.

Nothing can explain this review except the fact that you didn't receive the parcel for Christmas (it was one of the first request and my colleague informed you about the delays of DHL)...

I ordered online. I immediately received the order confirmation. And within 48 hours I received the package. The product was very wel protected for shipping. And also several samples were added. I definitely will order more product in the future.

Do not buy from them, please, fast delivery, but they are thieves. They did not mention the delivery, which cost me 65 pounds to DHL. Note that I chose the other delivery company mentioned on their website, and I paid for the delivery in advance, then I had to pay again. The perfume became more expensive than its price in the United Kingdom!!!!! In addition, they do not respond to correspondence via email at all. I buy from any other company, but certainly not this one.

J'ai récemment acheté plusieurs produits sur shopping-premiereavenue.com et j'ai été extrêmement déçu. L'un des produits avait des défauts manifestes et ne correspondait pas à la description. Lorsque j'ai tenté de retourner l'article sans l'avoir utilisé, en suivant leur politique de "retour sous 30 jours" indiquée sur le site, ma demande a été refusée à plusieurs reprises.
Le service client a été très mauvais, non seulement ils n'ont pas résolu mon problème, mais ils ont également évité toute responsabilité. Leur prétendue politique de "retour sous 30 jours" est complètement fallacieuse.
Si vous envisagez d'acheter sur ce site, soyez extrêmement prudent. Je déconseille fortement ce site web.

US based orders, always a great experience
I've ordered from them multiple times and have never had an issue with shipping or packaging. Their candle prices are amazing and so much better than here in the US. Shipping has always been a flat fee of $28 and through DHL I've had my packages at my door within 3 days - buying from US based stores can take well over a week! I'll happily continue to purchase from them!

je suis passé pour la première fois dans cette boutique pour trouver un nouveau parfum pour l'été ,autant dire que j'ai vécu une superbe expérience a laquelle jetait loin de m'attendre .
l'accueil était incroyable, le patron de la boutique a passe plus dune heure à échanger avec moi et à me faire découvrir ses parfums de niches préférés.
c'était un régal de discuter avec une personne aussi gentille, intéressante et autant passionnée par ce qu'il fait. Rien à voir comparer à ce qu'on peu expérimenter dans les parfumeries types Sephora , je suis bien évidemment reparti avec un parfum incroyable et pleins d'idées pour les prochains achats car je reviendrait certainement.

I ordered a beautiful glass vase candle from Baobab last October. The box was not labeled as Fragile and arrived broken.
I emailed back and forth for 5.5 months and finally received a refund through PayPal’s resolution centre.
Customer service is a joke. Emails are ignored and they accept no responsibility for their mistakes.
I am sorry I ordered from them. They caused a lot of stress and took up a lot of my time over almost 6 months.

As we mentioned, we opened a dispute directly with our carrier after your complaint. Unfortunately, without your "reserve" on your parcel when you receive it, the investigation time of the carrier can be quite long. We have proceeded to your refund as soon as the file was closed by the carrier.
Concerning our customer service, we always answered your questions and e-mails from you, to the extent of our availability (opening hours french office) and our information from the carrier.

Don’t Waste Your Time!!!They reached back to me again and still…
They reached back to me again and still no solution. NO SOLUTION!!! It’s been well over 3 months. Every company I know puts customers as a priority. If something happened to an order, I know some good companies will step in and solve the issue because they want that customer to come back and shop again with them.
They claim I threatened them (which I never did, I have screenshots of all the messages I sent), and THEY WERE THE ONES WHO BLOCKED ME!!! Now base your judgement on that. Shopping with them will give you a migraine. Till today, I haven’t received the package nor the money I spent. And I have reached the point where I’m no longer interested in the money or package. They wore me out.

Where's my order?
Hi, I ordered from your website on 10th of September 2022, order number 102523. No email confirmation has been received since I placed the order. My order status says "In transit". I've sent several email and chasers to your contact inbox and still no acknowledgement let alone a response. I'm about to raise a dispute with PayPal for this transaction and thought I'd give it one more try here hopefully someone might get back to me...
Surprise surprise... package was delivered today, of course I had to pay customs charge of £56! Fix your communication!

Indeed, as you ordered a product from France without paying our national VAT, once the parcel is crossing the European border (Restrictions because of the Brexit situation and since you are no longer part of the European Union), you have to pay your national VAT (United kingdom) to receive your order. In this situation and because it is completely beyond our control, we kindly invite you to contact your national customs services and they should be able to inform you regarding this situation.
However and according to our general sales conditions :
Orders shipped and invoiced outside the European Union are subject to a deduction of the French VAT. Postal services automatically declare to customs shipments which can cause some taxation of products once they arrive in the destination country.Orders that would come back to us because not collected by customers due to unpaid customs fees will be partially reimbursed with deduction of shipping costs and return costs (twice the amount of the initial shipping costs) + lump sum compensation of 10 €.
