Possibly the best platform for both investors and startups
Relevant, accurate and well presented info helps investors make decisions and promptly engage in a new opportunity. Adequate regulatory warnings about risk also help users' confidence (or protect those less confident). Technically the platform is well designed, with rich functionality, smooth processes and intuitive navigation. Similar benefits apply to funding candidates: highly recommended to both sides!

Problems finding how to invest in my chosen business.
I didn't find the site very clear. I was very concerned about the amount of private information I had to provide. I only continued because Naked Sprout is a busines I specially want to support.

In order to comply with these regulatory requirements, Seedrs is required to ask you to certify that you are aware of the risks of investing, fit within the FCA defined investor categories, and verify your identity before authorizing you to make an investment.
