Investing was easy once I had got my profile sorted, but I did get no response to a query about which category of investor I should pick. I guess I'll see how well the system works going forward.

Crowdcube provides good information about prospects. The user platform makes managing investments easy.
Of course, Crowdcube is a broker and simply manage the funding. They do not vouch for or recommend the available investments.

Crowdcube is a great website and platform. I've used it to invest in a few startups, as well as initial offerings for established companies. So far I've really enjoyed the platform and the connection it provides to the companies I'm investing in. I hope for the continued expansion of the capabilities of the site and service. Maybe include a method to allow selling of stocks, or more advanced communication with the firm.

This time investing was easy, updates and info were easily available.

A few too many reminders but process was simple as previous

Crowdcube made the process straightforward and easy to follow for retail investor who wish to be like seed investor. Overall, it felt professional, transparent, and well organised.

It was very easy but almost too easy. I added another while I was there...just because it looked interesting having not done any research :-0

straight forward investing. had to do short training on investment and risk before hand adn await for my profile to be approved. When read the company i chose had enough information on the apge and the process was straight forward and quick.

Crowdcube has always troubled me as an investment vehicle. They take no responsibility for companies that use this vehicle to raise funds, and then the company files for bankruptcy, only to be bought up by another, far larger company ( re: Curve was asset-stripped by Lloyds), and we smaller investors get nothing.

Viritech technology company were another case and is now bankrupt.

Crowdcube seem to lack due diligence and fail to update EIS or SEIS allowances in good time, and are pretty shoddy with updating portfolios.

Recently, I have invested directly with companies, as many companies are pulling away from Crowdcube due to the extraordinarily high costs they charge to companies that wish to place shares 10-15%. Crowdcube then take a cut of any profit that we PIs make: 5% ( if that ever happens). Not happy; DYOR

Easy staright foward Platform, with intersting Investmants

Easy transaction. Great platform. Highly recommended.

It was easy to find information on potential investments and go through with my choice.

I used to invest more in Crowdcube because the minimum fee was lower. At 5€ or £, it’s hard to invest 10 or 20€, and I was happily Cost Averaging into companies I liked because the fee was 1.5€. I’ll continue reinvesting in my previous investments, but I’m more reluctant to invest in new companies for now.
