Great but authentication

Honestly everything except the authentication was amazing but that I didn't even get informed about authentication until I tried investing and then secondly that the address authentication for me as a swedish citizen was almost impossible, we do not have those things, the only one I could possibly get was the tax agency address authentication. Idek if those owning homes can get their water and electricity bills in paper form anymore.

Good documentation more payment options

Good overview on documents, facilitating Q&A / discussions where Mous could reply. Too bad only credit cards are generally accepted. In the Netherlands a credit card has very limited use, therefore often a relative low limit. With help of Jen the option of bank transfer was enabled. Would be good to have this as a second option when the investment is above a certain amount.

I invested £1000 in Mous via your and you've lost It!!! …

I invested £1000 in Mous via your platform and never got any confirmation from Mous that they have received my investment and they now tell me that they can't find anything under my e mail address to prove I've actually invested in them, although you seem to think so! as you keep asking me to rate how you did? when it looks like you have "lost" £1000 of my money, or you are a total scam!
