Since the change from Seedrs.com to the new rebublic site I couldn’t access my account anymore. 3 times writing to the support with NO reaction in a week!
As a customer, I must absolutely reject such behavior on your part and condemn it in the strongest possible terms.

I registered an account and they won't let me pass, trying to push me in to doing some sort of a quiz. I'm not even an investor. The quiz keeps popping up if you fail. Who ever made this is an idiot, noone will even use this platform if they can't get passed a dumbass quiz. What are you people smoking ?

Avoid this website. Was able to buy into shares of BUX and NEVER gotten the chance to sell. Now I am left with nothing after ABN acquired BUX. Seedrs never did anything, they will leave you out to rot and see your money disappear. Never ever will I put money in this platform. They are proper scamming thieves

Hi Maas, I too was an investor in BUX and lost my investment, I feel the pain of a lost investment just as acutely. Seedrs role isn't to ensure a successful investment, we can not guarantee that. We can ensure that you receive equity in return for your investment and that the rights that we negotiate on your behalf are represented.
If BUX fails we make no money from you, it is not in the interests of our business to see this happen. However, reality is that businesses fail and some are saved from failing through buyouts. This was a complex transaction involving different share classes and in this case, many of us lost our investment.
This is not unusual in this category. I've tried to diversify my portfolio, invest in many startups and hope that a small minority make up for these losses. Much has been written about this in the community forum, I suggest you refer to our updates and actions there. Thanks for your views.

Seedrs not taking any action to provide support as well as they are not takign any action into preventing fraudulant actions.
Update: I reached out to Seedrs on tax documents after a liquidation of one of my investments. So far: NO FEEDBACK AT ALL! Imagine not getting any support on such an important topic like taxes when it comes to investments. Very shady behaviour.

Seedrs flot hjemmeside men med for lidt information
Interessant koncept, dog synes jeg der bliver informeret for lidt fra seedrs side.
1. Tilfælde deres second marked er ikke tilgængelig i Danmark.
2. Når de siger en kampagne lukker efter 30 dage passer det ikke. Efter 30 dage kommer der til at stå closing soon eller der kommer til at stå yderligere 30 dage.
3. Det samme gælder for coming soon pitches.
Men har prøvet at investere alligevel og nu må jeg bare vente tålmodigt og håbe at firmaerne bliver et succes.

5% success fee
2% on buy/sales on the secondary market
No management fees
No fees to withdraw, deposit, convert using the platform
These are disclosed on every checkout and investment journey where they are incurred. We are sorry you feel they are not transparent enough and perhaps if we had a little more information about where you experienced this - we could adjust.

Investing made simple
I felt no pressure in how to invest my money. There are safeguards in place to help me to understand the risks and the time needed to think about what I was about to undertake. When investing I found it simple and easy.

Non-existent customer service
I´m shocked by how the company handles customer service. The only way of contacting Seedrs is via text support - which they completely ignore. It is scary that I have trusted them with my money, now that I know how hard it is to get in touch with them. I would highly recommend not using Seedrs and instead investing via different better crowdfunding platforms.

Poor Customer Service
Hello I have been messaging Seedrs on the app for nearly two weeks and sent a direct email and have heard nothing back. Seedrs took money from me and there is no way to get it back as no one as replying to my messages. I am very annoyed and if no one contacts me soon I will be complaining to the FOS. This is completely unacceptable.
Update: After leaving a few reviews regarding my experience (no customer service and not being able to get my money back), someone did suddenly contact me. Such a shame that is what it took to get a response.
However, the response wasn’t helpful. It was advice online from my bank that helped, plus scouring Seedrs online again and again to eventually find a fairly hidden page where I could request my money back. Also the search team ‘refund’ didn’t help. The search time ‘cancel’ did.
Also, Seedrs Limited is now trading as Republic Europe.
