Scarlet darkness must be one of the worst companies I have purchased of, I purchased a dress but unfortunately when it came its measurements were much smaller than the measurements listed for the dress so the dress was very tight, I contacted the company regarding returning the dress but all they kept messaging me was that they would give me free postage on another order I explained all I wanted was a prepaid label to return the dress as it wasn't my fault it didn't fit they asked me to show photos to show the measurements of the dress which I did but still wouldn't except a return so I opened a PayPal claim which was excepted that I could return the dress but I had to pay postage which was £20 which I find disgusting that I went on their measurements that were way off and I have to pay to return the dress, also they were really rude saying my measurements weren't correct how can a photo lie ? All I can say is I would never purchase anything from them again.
Scarletdarkness have now emailed me saying if I delete this review I will be refunded for the dress and close the PayPal case but not untill after obviously a scam as if they refunded me the PayPal case would automatically close anyway, avoid this company at all costs.

They do not provide returns or lables. It falls on the customer. Do not buy direct from their website...there is no transparency on their site that it comes from China!
I would buy from another reputable company that makes their product in the US!!!!!

Keep clear
Every time I order they don't have the items I want and I have to do an exchange. They offer exchanges over refunds and refunds seem to happen on request. They did not offer to exchange one item they did not have in stock. I will double check that my refund has reached my bank, but they have destroyed any trust I had in them and are now pressuring me to not speak up online. I have been asked to delete this review. I will NEVER buy from them again. Keep clear.
This review has been edited to reflect changes and I lowered the score to two stars because they told me to delete this. Any further requests to delete this will result in me lowering the score further.
