I recently purchased the Saki Bread Machine online after comparing the more popular bread machines on the market. I have been making bread with another popular brand of bread machine that has served me well for the last twenty years. When I got my Saki Bread Machine I used my usual white bread recipe with the default program as a starting point. The result was a beautiful loaf of bread. One of the thtings I noticed immediately was the shape of the loaf. I can now have good quality bread with a shape that is easier to fit in the toaster. This was done with the smaller loaf size. The display is so easy to see and use. I was used to small unlit display that was hard to read in dim light. The consistency of the dough is also better. The Saki I believe is a high quality product at an affordable price. Of course, I hope it will pass the test of time.

My first Saki electric kettle stopped working. I reached out to support. Took videos to prove that it is was not working. After that the rest of the process was easy. I quickly received a beautiful new kettle. I love it! Thanks support team!

Excellent product. The preparation and cooking of the bread is easier then i think. It can’t be more practical. I’m super happy for choosing Saki brand. Thanks.

Great customer service! I bought my Saki samovar through amazon about a year ago. It was working perfectly and we used it every single day until it started leaking, ughhh...,The problem was the plastic water level display which was eroded. I emailed the Saki and asked for the spare part but they sent me the whole unit for free! That was amazing and made me happy. But I know that my new samovar will not last more than a year. I wish they fix their problem in their future samovar. maybe replace this plastic part with steel . I realized that leaking is a common problem with Saki samovar.

I bought a new stirrer from this company. I received a used stirrer without a charger. I bought the charger online myself from another vendor. I charged it up and tried to use it. The stirrer does not work; it is defective. I reached out to their support; I was asked to upload a video of the stirrer showing it is not working. I did. Then I got a reply saying that I was trying the stirrer while it was charging (it was fully charged with a green light). I was told the stirrer does not work if the charger is plugged in. I tried it with and without the charger, the stirrer does not work. Simply, my claim was dismissed. I it definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY anything from this company if you value your money.

Awful business. Worst customer service. I received my kettle in January, it didn’t look like a quality product so without opening the whole thing I returned it paying the shipping with tracking number out of my pocket. In February 6 the package was delivered and I asked them when should I expect a refund? The answer was around 30 days! 3 weeks later Feb 28, I followed up with them and they told me they issued a refund 2 weeks back and it may take 30 days. 3 days later they sent an email asking for tracking number of my return! I sent the number and they responded thanks! Later they sent another email saying that “ it looks like that's OUR tracking number from us to you that you provided”! They didn’t even google the number to see that was sent from my state to theirs or checking their shipping notice email for their tracking number which was completely a different number. They didn’t even look at the purchase history to begin with. Just sending out random emails. It is passed 2 MONTHS since delivery of my return and I have not received my money back yet!!!

Received the pot stirrer as a gift. Plugged it in to charge overnight and got the green light. Tried to turn on the next morning and nothing happens. Plugged it back in and the light was red (charging) after it did nothing. A few hours later the light turned green again and it still did not turn on.

Emailed the company about the warranty and was asked for a video showing it not working. They replied that they needed the order number, which I don't have ( it was a gift), and the could only replace it if the item was bought directly from them.

I recently bought Saki Samovar Tea Maker and I LOVED it ! This is 'by far' the best tea maker I ever had. As a 'Turkish Tea Lover', I could not find any other teamaker that is available in U.S standarts (110V). I only had a problem with the bottom kettle since it didn't have the lid but the customer service told me that new ones comes with it and they sent me one right away for free.. 5 star for the produtct, 10 star for the customer service :)
