This company have a great products let down by a poor delivery service and no customer service! I have ordered a lot from this company and every time i order, my delivery is either late, comes in multiple deliveries or doesn't turn up at all and i have to chase them for days, their phone line also doesn't work.
I recently ordered 3 trims for my panelling back on the 23rd of March and they still haven't arrived yet. Its now 14th of April and I've emailed twice!

Took over a month to arrive in the wrong location. Still haven't got it

small chips on the wood from shipping and a buffing look on the pieces from rubbing on cardboard from shipping

Never received the sample and a second sample was sent, which I didn’t receive either. Zero follow up from the company

Can’t give zero stars!!! So I ordered 3 panels on the 25th June, this was due to me starting a decorating project, 2 weeks later still no panels so I sent an email, got a reply saying they was due to be shipped on 9th July,
No email and the date as come and gone, emailed again got told there was a delay! If I hadn’t emailed they would of not informed me
Still waiting for these panels so I wouldn’t recommend actually I would like my money back as if as meant my decorating as been held up!!! Jokers do not use!!!

Products were not cleared from customs in the U.S. and I never got any reply from customer services.
After getting more people that deal directly with them in the UK, they approved a refund for my order that was never completed.

Product was gorgeous & very helpful customer service.

I ordered and paid for a sample on 5/24. The "SHOP" app to track the package is no use as it doesn't provide any information. I followed up with my order in several Emails and received a reply from Jodie on June 6 stating that there was an error. She told me that she was processing a new order. I still have not received it and do not feel comfortable moving forward with an order from this company.

Excellent product - great customer service. Top notch communication. I will be using this in my bathroom and once it is installed I will be beyond excited!

Prompt delivery and the wall panels look fantastic set up!

Shipping was very fast and on time, the panels came well packed and look really nice, very easy to work with and well built. Just FYI the come from outside the US so DHL made me pay import fees.

SAMPLE TOO SMALL TO REALLY GET A CORRECT READ ON COLORING...

Shipment is sitting in customs with questions and paperwork that do not seem they should be answered by me (product materials and shipment dimensions) and Naturewall customer service does not appear to be on top of it and timely in any responses. The shipment is about ready to be returned to them because of this inaction.

My order arrived in a timely fashion and was the quality I expected. I am very happy with the purchase.

Total waste of time. Dishonest company. Don't expect to get your products in time because you thought you ordered from a US store. They don't have an organization here and you will have to deal with US Customs by yourself. If you call the support, it's automatically transferring you to voice message that says '' there is no available agent''. Actually there is no agent at all. Don't buy anything from here. Go to Trustpilot and read their reviews. I wish I read them before.

I wish I saw their reviews before I ordered the products. I ordered my products from their US store. However, the shipment was made from UK and now I have to deal with US Customs and DHL. In their website, it says 5-7 days. It's been 19 days since my order and I still didn't receive my products. My client is so frustrated because I can't complete the installation and I'm so frustrated because I called their support line. It transfers you direct to voice memo. They don't have any agents for you to talk. I still didn't get contacted by anyone. Probably some kid managing this business by himself.

The shipment didn’t arrive in time and I requested to cancel the order, however your team did not and I had to refuse the delivery because of that. I am still waiting for the refund.

We still have not received our order because of a declaration that has to be filled out. I called and spoke with someone on Monday and she said she’d take care of it. DHL is holding our wood because they said no one will contact them from your office. We are about to lose our contractor because you said it would be here by last Wednesday. If we do not hear from someone Monday the 11th of November, you can give us a full refund and we will go a different route! My number is 18657651168. My order #1370US

I never received what I paid for. I send an email to naturewall in Europe and then received an email saying that they shipped what I paid but nothing happens. If you try to call or email the US is not going to work. So, don't believe in this brand or website because they steal your money.
