I recently started buying the SAKI product line for my kitchen. Starting with the samovar tea kettle. Lovely appliance for tea drinkers, I grew up drinking tea with my grandma so this is a little slice of childhood as well. The staff I spoke with about the appliances I bought were helpful and courteous. I am waiting on the bread maker to arrive so I can see how it works.

I love my tea pot , ordered one for my daughter as well . I love their customer service , they are very sweet & professional.

This was my first purchase from SAKI . Not without a lot of research first. My Son uses a Sous vide. Was not happy with how loud his was ! I heard mention that the SAKI was quiet! Which is very important for long cooking recipes. The quiet Percision of this machine is amazing! It’s a beautiful rich color as well! Makes my cooking experience fun! The results will only continue to get better as I try different recipes. The Quality and precise temperatures are exactly what you need for success. Makes me feel like a top chef!! Thank you SAKI for such an amazing product and such amazing customer service!

I bought this unknown (to me) brand of Saki Bread-maker online, as I needed to replace my rather older model of almost 20 years. I was looking for a strong motor & a horizontal model and was more reasonable in price than other well known brands, and found that with Saki.
So far it is working great, I haven’t tried out the baking features of the bm, only the dough cycle and home made cycle as I like to shape & bake in the oven. But will try it one of these days.
However, I do find the manual a bit difficult to read & understand. Also, make the font bigger & darker for us older folks would be helpful.
When trying to program the homemade cycle, it is confusing with the multiple rest & knead cycles, but finally figured out how to remove the stages of rest & knead cycles not required.
I find the bread pan is a bit finicky to fit into the machine, have to adjust it a few times before it fits in right.
Wondering if there is a parts replacement dept, in case we need to replace the bread pan in the future. Also, just noticed on your website the warranty is only 1-year for the bm, I swore when I bought it the warrant said 3-years. Did this change recently?
Over all, I’m pleased with the product.

Saki website stated max temperature of 203 degrees. The users guide states 194, and when setting the device, I could only attain 194 max. I specifically ordered this model for the higher temperature stated on the website. I already have an Anova that attains 194 degrees. False advertising. Correct your website.

These guys have excellent support. We had a water leak with the Samavor, which we've been enjoying for some time now. Had to contact support. They got back within several hours and sent a brand-new one. I couldn't be happier! Thanks, Saki!

Amazing customer service! The product is very good. It is what we needed exactly. The teapot part is big as for easy cleaning. The bottom part is ok, but the teapot part is very good quality. Customer service is absolutely awesome they are so kind and always fast response, fully helpful.
