While I am truly pleased with this superior quality samovar: great price, very attractive design, easy to use. My only disappointment was that it was only after I reached out to company to determine why notice of shipment was not sent after three days of placing order that I was informed that there was a delay at warehouse. Once customer service representative became involved problem was resolved. Thank you. Great company and product.

I LOVE this sous vide! I got it much faster than anticipated (ordered Friday got it Monday) and have used it almost every night since. Steak, pork chops, sirloin, pork loin, lobster, scallops, potatoes, I mean everything I cook! It gets everything to the perfect temp and the meat is so tender and moist. Give it a quick sear off and you have an amazing meal! Super easy to use (I haven't even set up the wifi and app because the buttons are so easy), I love the low water warning. It is much heavier than I expected, but I really like that. It's heavy duty, feels like it will last a while. Not a cheap, plastic toy sous vide. I cannot recommend this sous vide enough. I love, love, love it!

Our bread machine arrived and of course we had to try it out. Made the buttermilk whole wheat bread and it turned out pretty good considering we didn't have the pan seated correctly in the machine. That's my only complaint as it's not specific as to how to insert the pan. It did knead some of the ingredients but worked itself loose after awhile. We're going to try again this weekend and see if we can't figure it out or call Saki and have them direct us.
Great machine as once you put everything in, you leave it alone!

After a couple of snafus, all of which were promptly handled, our new bread machine arrived in excellent condition. Just in time to crank out a perfect loaf oh honey oat bread. Looking forward to taking advantage of the custom program features in producing artisan loaves.

Received a French press for Christmas and it arrived broken. I emailed customer service and they replaced the broken one free of charge and mailed it to me about 2 weeks later. Very satisfied with my French press! Great customer service.
