After 2 weeks the indicator light blew, after 6 weeks the infuser top came off, at 3 months it started leaking after numerous calls and emails I gave up, Put it down to experience,. Absolute rubbish

What I was looking for.Highly recommended.

This Saki teapot is fantastic! Water heats quickly, stays hot, and the teapot on top is great as well. It was delivered quickly, and customer service was responsive and accommodating. When I emailed about a possible issue with the spout (which may have been operator error...me), they kindly and quickly offered to replace the teapot.

We were very impressed with the quality and the fast service I would recommend this product to all of my friends and family!

The service was good but the product was disappointing. It doesn't stir for very long. It should be able to operate when plugged in.

I Love it!!!!! It came out amazing even on my first try! I loved it!! So easy to use and makes a horizontal loaf not a weird square one like the other ones I had seen. HIGHLY recommend it!

The Saki Samovar is very easy to use and handsome. When I lived in Turkey, I grew to like the Turkish way of making tea to enjoy all day long. I had a stovetop samovar that was okay, but was looking for something I could keep at work. The Saki Samovar is perfect! It heats water very quickly, and keeps the kettle at the top warm.

I have the stir unit from them and it works great, a lot of power two speeds strong hold on pot and the part that goes into the pot got damaged (my mistake) so I contacted Saki to order another part and they sent me a new one without and questions at all. they responded right away to my email and was done with the issue in 2 emails. probably the fast and easiest prosses I have had to deal with!

This is my first Sous Vide to purchase and I did not make a mistake buying the SAKI brand. Worked immediately out of the box, cooked the meat evenly and clean up was easy. Customer service is one of the best I have encountered, replying to inquiries less than 24 hrs.

It’s a slick, high quality little machine. It’s easy to use and adapts it’s size to fit most pots. I bought the Saki for stirring candy to save it from burning. The paddles are designed to reach the edge of all my pots. It worked fantastically and kept my candy from burning except where the rod and the paddle attach. There was a little scalding.
For most people, they are not cooking at temperatures above 300, so this won’t be an issue. I would recommend this product to anyone, especially if you have to stir for long periods of time.

My Turkish teapot set was shipped to me in Canada and it came in new condition. Its an excellent electric turkish teapot set.

Great bread machine love it best one I have ever used better than zojirushi. Customer service are so nice with fast shipping and they were very helpful

I got my Saki tea maker and there’s a stain inside the container like a mold kinda look and I try to clean and scrub it and it’s not going away. It’s disturbing coz it’s by the water container which it should not have that stain or mold looking.

I am pleased to report back that it met my high expectations as a tea drinker! I have another (traditional) samovar which turned out to be nothing more than a decorative object, but Saki is real! I make at least one full pot of tea every day. Saki samovar not only lives up to that standard, but also makes it more enjoyable! It's a great convenience to have the constant hot water without keeping the stove on, or lifting any heavy pots. (yay, the faucet is super fun!)

I want to thank Saki and its representatives for their responsiveness and generosity in addressing my problem with a defective park on my tea maker. I love their product and now their service as well.
