RUUBY therapists & customer service team are brilliant. I recently had a mani / pedi before a trip, Jasmine was so lovely and really took the time to do my nails perfectly & find the best colours. I’ve recommended Ruuby to so many friends as it’s so convenient to fit around your schedule at home.

I booked a back massage through Ruuby and it was the best massage I’ve had in years. The therapist was exceptional, and went above and beyond to understand my stress areas and relieve them. I cannot wait to book again - I feel I’ve finally found the perfect therapist!

I think Ruuby is great, I have used for years for nails and tanning. I would definitely recommend, it is so convenient especially having young children as they come to you.

This company is an answer to prayers. You can get virtually any treatment you want in the comfort of your home. I regularly have a manicure and pedicure! My hair is regularly cut and I have ventured into the world of massage! I can plan business phone calls and other appointments around it!

Absolutely love Ruuby. Have used for massages, facials and nails and all have been fab. The Dr. Sturm glow facial in particular was absolutely amazing while I was pregnant and love the collaborations they do with brands such as Bamford and Dr. Sturm.

The Ruuby app and therapists are always reliable. Booking a massage, facial, nails, or wellness treatment is seamless and I’ve found the therapists very good at messaging within the app if they are on their way or running late. Really like being able to read previous customer reviews as well.
