Whilst I had booked my deep tissue massage for lower back pain, I really had no idea how much it would help. The Masseuse was thorough and helpful with me understanding the causes and ways to provent the tightness coming back.

He was fantastic. From the moment the session started, everything felt smooth – honestly, a total 'smoothie experience' (effortless and flowing). I was able to fully relax and not worry at all about what he was doing. His technique is confident and intuitive, so I could just let go completely. My body felt great for days afterward and genuinely better for the rest of the week. He create a safe, no-stress environment. The booking and space also supported a seamless experience.

I had an urban massage done by Kyziah …
I had an urban massage done by Kyziah and she was absolutely amazing. She is really well experienced, extremely gentle yet able to use her skills to ensure you get the best out of the massage. I kept complimenting how soft her hands were! I’m more than happy with my service and thanks to my sis for gifting me this as a voucher, I would defo recommend and use urban again.

Excellent Sciatic relief
Excellent . Jithin was excellent . I was struggling to operate Saturday , unable to walk and in constant pain from sciatic glute pain . Sunday morning I booked him and he put me through a series of stretches and light massage …. On a personal level I never knew nerve issues could be so painful ! But u go through it to come out the other side . He was very professional and could measure my pain with the stretching .
My mobility and pain have significantly improved

Osteopath
David arrived punctually, set up, and after asking a history, went on to treat my bad back, which I had injured a few days before. He was gentle and caring. He warned me I would be tired that evening, which I thought would not happen- he was right! I was asleep at 8:30 and had my first good nights rest in days. I woke up and my back felt so much better. The following day it was 200%
