I have been a Walmart Plus customer, and a regular Walmart customer for years. I don't expect to be treated with such disrespect and lied to. I have been a Walmart Plus customer and have my groceries delivered for over 4 years. I ordered a small product less than $10 after seeing it in the store and then decided a couple of days later to go ahead and order it with my regular delivery. Ordinarily when they do not have something in stock at the store they will tell me that it is out of stock. If it has to be delivered it will tell you online that it will have to be delivered and you'll get it in a couple of days. Which I always do usually it comes the next day delivered by fedex. This particular item was sold by a third party seller in China. But there's no way to know that on the website China ships their stuff to a warehouse in the United States and they mail everything out through the United States Postal service. My mailing address is different than my home address. I live in a resort area with RVs and we do not have mailboxes. I have a separate post office box in another town. So these packages that are being shipped by third-party sellers I cannot get them. Sometimes they get sent back to the seller sometimes the Postal Service marks them undeliverable and sells them off. There's really not any rhyme or reason to that. In the past because of this unique situation Walmart has always refunded my money. But evidently now the seller has the option as to whether they want to refund your money or not. Or you have to wait until the delivery date which is constantly changing to get your money back. And if the package is not delivered you will probably not get a refund. That is so wrong on so many different levels. Number one I can't go on the Walmart website and see what is third party seller. The only way I know is when they ship it you then find out that it's going through the Postal Service which means it's too late you can't cancel it and you're probably not going to get it. I don't buy stuff from third party sellers because most of them send it through the postal service. Or at least I know that I'm getting it through a third party seller if I buy it through amazon. Walmart does not give you any indicator that it is a third party seller until it's already been shipped. That they are now telling me that I may or may not get my money back is beyond reprehensible. I spoke with two customer service Representatives earlier in the week and was promised a refund and it never showed up. I escalated it to a supervisor and she's going to turn it over to billing. Which is why I'm here telling you don't shop online with Walmart unless you're pretty sure it's going to get delivered to your house. And it's coming from China so there's a real good chance it's going to get lost along the way. And you're not going to get a refund.

Wal Mart takes no.responsibility for Chinese junk.being pedaled on their market place affiliates lack of ethics, regardless of how aggregious their lack of accountability is. The MARKET PLACE ONLINE COMPANY listed as HOMCOM. BEWARE of there outrageous lack of accountability and hazardous products.

Scammed by a seller

I recently purchased 2 Nintendo ds games from a seller on their Marketplace and these games do not work. After the creation of the characters there is nothing. It was a scam. I got a refund for them, but the problem is that this seller is now again on their marketplace under a different name, after been removed, and he tries to scam people again by selling them junk. This is not ok, so be aware. If the price is too good to be true, it is a scam. There should be more control on who sells on this marketplace .

Walmart + is a DEFINATE BUYER BEWARE! LIKE DON'T!!

I would never give Walmart + even ONE star!! Horrible Co in every way! I paid for a FULL MEMBERSHIP last fall! About a mos later, they blocked my membership. When I called them I could barely understand the CSR person--- They said they would get back to me w/ an answer-in several hours via e-mail- never did! They did this several more times! Called them recently & they said I am permanently banned from Walmart + BECAUSE my work & pers e-mail are for my same phone number? What? I violated some---blah blah- All shop eleswhere-- Will tell everyone else to so do as well! And no refund for my membereship!

THEY ARE LIARS!
They tell lies about their products to make sales.
The pants were advertised as LINEN.
So I bought 6 pairs.
When ther arrived they were 70% cotton. That means they are COTTON.
I would never have boight 6 pairs of COTTON pants, I prefer LINEN!
And that's why they lied, linen is worth more than cotton.
I will never buy online from Walmart again.

Horrible I’m so tired of ordering items…

Horrible I’m so tired of ordering items from them and they will cancel them and I can turn around a minute later and reorder them it goes they.so while I’m waiting for a refund for the order they cancelled I realized they only refund people some of what they actually paid you have to call them to ask for the shipping price to be refunded on the items separately cause they’re not sails from Walmart just thru Walmart.. they told me that at customer service. So over the years I’m out probably $1,000s of dollars on what they have cancelled and not refunded. You shouldn’t have to call them to request your money back on items they cancelled.

Do not order from Walmart online

Half of my order was cancelled after my waiting for it for a week. The other half arrived in wrong color, wrong manufacturer, wrong size, and instead of "athletic" I got "diabetic/circulation" item!
My orders with Walmart are about 50% disasters. The customer service live chat agent was useless and simply ended the chat (hung up on me).

TERRIBLE Experience w/LIVE AGENTS AND BOT

My Walmart-online account was suspended today when i tried to sign out as a guest which option was unavaiable after i had been hacked and a credit card was plopped into it several years ago. I had to report fraud and go through a big hoopla- so i have not shopped Walmart on line since. Today i was going to give them another try with a guest checkout and the phone i gave did not match an account- so my sale was derailed.Not the bot nor the Live Agent could help me. Then i called back a live agent who got a supervisor who said that Walmart had changed ther policiy not to allow guest accounts. When i tried to call back the bot to find out what store locally had the item i doscovered that in fact my account had not been deleted but had been present under my email and that the agent or his supervisor aahd suspended my account and disallowed my phone number to call in for help. I am a disabled senior have shopped at Walmart for years and this is a terrible way to treat a customer, espcially one that your shoddy security allowed to be badly hacked.ANd BTW not until my account was suspended fdid i realize that the agent had known all along that it was still active even though unused. Now i have no access whatsoever to order on line as i increase in age and disability. DISGUSTING NO CANDOR and NO ATTEMPT TO HELP ME WITH THE SIMPLE MATTER AND LET ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND CHECK OUT AS A GUEST

Money talks

Wal-Mart, a/k/a Walmart....Doug M. is CEO who's paid $27 million dollars, and his company rather hire based on race than on experience then allow unfit ones to discriminate toward customers. My advice is not do business with any store that discriminates. As for Wal-Mart online services, well they're just not honest about delivery dates. Beware Wal-Mart will charge your credit card within 3 days of purchase but likely not deliver for at least 15 days or longer, but Wal-Mart will blame others but never Wal-Mart itself being in the wrong. Wal-Mart is the largest retailer in USA but they did not get to become largest by being an honest. Walmart abuses their good employees, lie to public, manipulated our consumer laws with their humbugging, and on paper paid out millions in citations or their mistakes, but accountability and transparency of those citations has never been shown to the public as actually occurred. Walmart recently was sued millions for "overcharging", if politicians were really as solid with words of "Nobody is above the law" then Walmart would no longer be in business. If got enough money in USA, anyone can buy their wrongdoings to vanish without any penalties but an apology. Yea that's how protect and serve works, which not in your favor because you don't have enough $$$.

I purchased an iPhone 13 from…

I purchased an iPhone 13 from #CELLSURFERS, a #WALMARTMARKETPLACE vendor. The iphone was listed as "Like New." The phone arrived with visible scratches all over, especially on the side buttons, the frame or rim around the phone, and the Oculus (camera lenses),
Clearly not matching the promised condition. This is more like "Fair" at best, even “Poor”.

I feel misled by the listing and disappointed with the quality. I would not recommend buying from this #cellsurfers.

So Far, #walmart has not reached out, there is not even a place on the ecommerce to raise my concerns.

Hard to know where to start. You seem to be promoting paedophilia. Offering for sale "lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-sexual, etc." clothing for babies and toddlers is surely the ultimate sick, depraved sin a retailer could ever engage in. I'm speechless. How can the marketing department who signed off on this, and put it out there, sleep at night? Do you vet your management operatives to ensure they DON'T have a moral compass? It's absolutely unbelieveable that any normal human being could or would facilitate something as depraved as this. You should be eternally ashamed of what you've done, although I suspect you won't be.

Refuse refund me my money for the lousy driver is not following instructions do not do Walmart

I’m pissed Guy specific instructions on the end items need to be delivering on an online order for my food had mercy to wash my towels in the hospital try to get in contact with the driver so I can guide her exactly where to place the order even though it was in the instructions the phone number was disconnected tried to get in touch with the person she did not he or she did not leave the items where I specify in my account they put them wherever they wanted to I couldn’t even get in touch with Driver they left the bag away want to go for the car stolen a Walmart refusing to find me back even though I applied by the rules and regulations sections but they’re driving till two so I lost out $67 for food because of the driver and I don’t think that’s justifiable to return my money in the pictures even show where they put them in it’s not the place that I saifto put the items

Wal mart online nightmare

Ordered piece gym equipment. All good but gave them cc and they finalize sale then 15 minutes texted that they cancelled sale. I check my cc it was fine. I was told Walmart using 3rd party processing of your info and the 3rd party is who cancelled. Friends now you need to check if cc process in house or shipped off 3rd party which means your info can get hacked…never do business wal mart online. Only brick n mortar stores. Now u know

READ BELOW Before You Send Anything to Fulfilled by Walmart WFS. They will lose your products and NOT reimburse

I sent my first 5 cartons (60 pcs) to Walmart WFS (Fulfilled by Walmart) using their partner carrier, FedEx. They received 4, and 1 of them was still in FedEx possession after more than a month.
I called FedEx, and they said that the box was most likely lost and that they couldn't reimburse me because it was sent using Walmart's account, not mine. So I would have to contact Walmart to get a reimbursement, and they should forward that to me.

I opened a dispute with Walmart, provided all the documents they requested, and they said they were sure they received these products and that it may be a technical error that they would investigate it. After they concluded their investigation, they came back and said they couldn't reimburse me as this shipment was received in full. They even updated their WFS platform to show that all 60 pcs were received.

BUT, when I clicked on Track Shipment in the WFS platform, I noticed that box was still not received. So they updated just the first stage of their workflow to trick me into thinking this was received. But they couldn't update the Track Shipment page because that was pulling information from Fedex's site. And lo and behold, the box was not delivered.
I called FedEx again, and they confirmed that this wasn't delivered. I checked my received inventory in Walmart to see if this was really a technical glitch, and it showed it wasn't delivered either.

When I confronted Walmart about this and about what they did to trick me into thinking my shipment was received in full, here's what they answered before closing the case without the possibility of reopening:

They know that small sellers will never have the budget to go against them in legal action, and they are profiting big time from this. Can you imagine how many sellers like me are in the same situation?

As you can see, Walmart copied the FBA model but somehow managed to lower the standard FBA had when it first launched.

One other thing to consider with WFS (Fulfilled by Walmart) is that they will assign you fulfillment centers at the other side of the country. My warehouse was in California, and they assigned me a fulfillment center in Lebanon, TN. That adds about $1.5 to the product cost.
