Completely different colour to the…
Completely different colour to the picture online.
The hair is not as soft as straight hair.
I feel like these have been chemically altered a lot.
I don’t know if I’m stupid I’m thinking they were going to be naturally curly but for the price of them I did.
I do t feel like this is the case and they have been permed resulting in how they feel.
I’m worried that after a month or so these are going to Matt and become very frizzy.

Our Curl Collection hair is our Elegance range straight hair that is Freeze-permed to achieve a 2C curl pattern, it is not naturally curly hair.
This means that the hair can be styled straight or blow dried straight and then can bounce back to the curl once washed again.
In regards to the colour, the images online are just to be used as a guide so we always recommend using our Remi cachet colour ring to achieve a more accurate match.

I honestly don’t recommend these…
I honestly don’t recommend these extensions at all. I was really excited because they looked beautiful in the photos and I had heard good things about the brand. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing.
I’m from Mexico and I’ve been buying 100% human virgin hair extensions for years, so I know what good quality hair feels like. These extensions were actually more expensive than the real human hair I normally buy, yet the quality doesn’t even come close.
The hair tangles constantly, even after gently brushing it. It’s very difficult to manage and doesn’t behave like real human hair. If you try to curl it, the curls don’t hold or look defined. Instead, the hair quickly becomes frizzy and tangled again.
To me, it feels more like cheap Barbie doll hair than premium human hair. I genuinely regret spending my money on them. They may look nice when you first open the package, but the quality is very poor once you start wearing and styling them.
Save your money and buy from a company that sells genuinely high quality human hair. I definitely won’t be purchasing these again.

Bought hair through a salon for £600+ 5…
Bought hair through a salon for £600+ 5 months later after using the remi branded shampoo, conditioner and styling products the brown colour not the blonde had gone peachy colour. My salon tried to use the warranty as I’d liked after hair, not been on holiday etc and basically said you should colour the hair every month anyway and nothing wrong with hair. If you colour it voids 12 months warranty which stylist argued with them but they weren’t interested. Warranty isn’t worth paper it’s written on and you’ve lost a customer and my stylist won’t be using recommending remi cachet anymore. Terrible customer service. Avoid. I always judge people/companies by how they deal with problems/mistakes if they arise and this company are very poor.

Not 100% human hair
I have now filled in 2 hair report forms and sent a follow up WhatsApp to this company about the hair I received. I paid nearly £600 for this hair and can not believe the poor quality of it. I get my hair professionally blow dried and the hair dresser has now told me he can’t get the result I want from the hair because it is too tangled and matted. From the first wash this was the case. I have sent photos to the company and have not received any response. Please avoid buying hair from here it feels like it is synthetic or is mixed with synthetic hair
