After paying for express delivery on…
After paying for express delivery on Monday the courier still haven’t received the parcel from Remi catchet and it is now Thursday evening! Remi catchet have not replied to my email to chase this up so I have been left with no option other than to cancel my clients appointment, leaving me with loss of earnings and a very disappointed client

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. You claim to have a hairsurance policy but when proof that the hair extensions aren’t fit for purpose and that your products have been used will not offer a replacement! Would not recommend

Not what they used to be
I have used Remi Cachet for around 6 years now but the last 2 years the quality of their extensions has declined considerably. They realistically only look good for around 4/5 months. At the 4 month mark the hair starts breaking and looks extremely dry (when their treatments start to wash off). This is after only using their shampoo and conditioner. My aftercare is on point. After only 5 months I have lost at least 3 inches of length and the ends are ratty/dry. Remi Cachet used to be the best in the game but they just aren't any more. I have had them maintained every 8 weeks like I always do. They were purchased through my hairdresser so I do not have an order number but I am leaving this review as honest feedback for a company I have been loyal to for years

I can see you have been in touch with our Customer Support team and we are sorry that the delivery didn't go as planned.
We always dispatch orders same day day as long as it is before the cut-off time of 4pm, however courier delays are our of our control and can't be predicted. Next day delivery is not guaranteed and we would always advise ordering in advance incase a courier issue does take place.

Would avoid remi cachet hair extensions !!!, I’ve had every hair extensions under the sun and these are by far the worst and customer service is shocking. After 2 weeks of having my hair installed it had loads of split ends, even with all the right after care been used since day one. It constantly tangles and goes matted after a few minutes of brushing, the hair extensions themself go greasy which I have never experienced with other hair. It’s dry and just over all shocking quality. The company have said it’s due to lack of after care/ not using conditioner. But I have used all remi after care and the hair is appalling. don’t waste your money!!!
