This is a great company to deal with. From the minute I placed the order to the second my parcel arrived. Firstly I put the wrong address on my order. I e mailed them to advise. Straight away they changed my address to the correct one. The e mails off them were polite and helpful. When my hair extensions arrived it was on the date and exact time I was originally advised. This was so efficient. It was 2 working days after I placed the order. So pleased with this. The extensions are gorgeous. They do not look fake or obvious. They are subtle yet effective. They add length and volume to my hair. They are light to wear and not heavy. The clips are easy to clip on. They are burgendy coloured and match my hair to perfection. Am so pleased. I have curled them and straightened them and they still look good and new. Would strongly recommend this company.

I ordered some hair extensions for a…
I ordered some hair extensions for a birthday present in November.
Evri said they had the package and were delivering it.
The photo of evidence attempting to deliver was a picture of someone’s random letter box.
1. It was not my letter box.
2. The package was too large to go through the letterbox and you can see on the photo.
3.£160 worth of extensions just disregarded and cliphair take no responsibility even though it’s there responsibility to ensure the package is delivered.
This has been an ongoing investigation for months and hours of my time wasted on chasing up this. To be told there’s nothing they can do. £160 into the wind.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Following your report, a full and thorough investigation was carried out directly with the courier, Evri.
This process involves reviewing the driver’s GPS tracking at the time of delivery, scanning history, delivery route data, and the clear photographic proof of delivery provided at the point the parcel was marked as delivered.
Based on all of this information, Evri have confirmed that the parcel was delivered to the address provided and have issued this as their final determination.
As a result of their investigation, Evri have advised that they are unable to offer reimbursement, and therefore we are unfortunately unable to pursue this further on your behalf.
We do completely appreciate your concerns regarding the image provided and the circumstances you’ve described, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Beautifully Natural Extensions with Excellent Quality & Service
I’ve been wearing hair extensions for over 13 years, and after recently switching from a much more expensive brand, I’m genuinely impressed with the difference.
For my fine European hair, Clip Hair extensions blend incredibly well and match my natural wave far better than others I’ve tried. Whether I rough dry from the roots and wear my hair in a plait, or take time to style it, they always look natural and effortless.
As a hairdresser, I’m very particular about aftercare. I use high-quality shampoo, conditioner, masks, and a leave-in treatment after every wash—and even after 5 months of wear, the hair is still soft and in great condition.
I’m confident I’ll get at least another few months out of them before needing to replace them, which makes them fantastic value for money.
On top of that, their customer service is excellent—very responsive and always quick to reply, which makes the whole experience even better.
I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!

Not 100% Human Hair – Melted at 300°F (180°C)
I have been using and toning extensions for years, and I have never experienced a failure like this. I treated these extensions exactly as I have every other brand—with a standard professional toner—which is a perfectly normal and expected process for high-quality human hair.
Instead of taking the tone, the hair revealed its true quality: it turned into a frizzy, matted mess and literally melted/cinched when I used a styling tool at only 180°C (300°F). Human hair does not melt at this temperature. This is a definitive sign of synthetic fillers or poor-quality fibers masked by silicone.
Customer service refused to take the hair back for a lab inspection and only offered a 25% "gesture of goodwill." If this were actual 100% human hair, a simple toner wouldn't have "destroyed" it. They are using their "alteration" clause to hide the fact that they are selling mislabeled, substandard products.
Avoid this brand if you plan on actually styling or toning your hair.

However, we would like to reassure you that all of our hair extensions are 100% human Remy hair, sourced from reputable suppliers and subjected to thorough quality checks before being dispatched. We supply thousands of customers, including professionals, who regularly tone, colour, and style our extensions without experiencing the issues described.
As outlined in our returns policy, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been chemically altered, including toning or colouring. This policy is in place as once the hair has been processed, it is no longer possible to assess the product in its original condition or determine the exact cause of any changes.
Following your contact with our customer service team, we did offer a gesture of goodwill in the form of a partial refund to support you, despite the item being ineligible for return under our policy. This was offered as a resolution, rather than an admission of fault.
We do take all feedback seriously and remain confident in the quality of our products, which are widely used and trusted by many customers.

Great quality!! The Colour match is fantastic!! I first ordered samples of 3 different shades (LOVE that this is an option), and was able to find the perfect shade. I love my full set of clip ins. SO versatile! I wear them down and curled for a date night look, probably once a week, and then I use about half of them in a high pony tale look for girls nights outs. I can wear several times before needing a wash. They are SO soft, and I think very much worth the investment

Omg clip hair!!! Is the freaking best. It’s always got onto me dilvery 3-5 working days and most times comes earlier then that and it’s free!
The hair is 10/10 for quality and even after it’s been washed. The hair is never pin straight when it’s been washed. It’s got a slight wave which really benefits peoples hair as no one’s hair is pin straight when not dryed!. The colours are always so rich and expensive looking, I still have Mine in and has lasted 2 years!!!! I sometimes email for a perfect colour match if I’m split between colours and they ALWAYS get it bob on. And my customers loves the hair, never ever been disappointed. I will always use cliphair no matter what. There so affordable and lovely to work with, always giving deals out!!

Hair is very good quality but....
Hair is very good quality. However my personal issue is, there is not enough medium brown options in cooler/neutral tones. Everything is too warm or far too warm, for example medium brown 4 is too red, ash brown no 9 is bit too light. I always have to buy a lighter colour and have it altered.

Halo Hair
I have been using clip ins, and more recently tape ins for the past 20 years. My hair (after excessive bleaching) is now damaged so ive turned to Halo's. They are the best extensions ive used! Look natural, put in within 30 seconds and last so much longer!
