I absolutely love this hair extension brand ❤️ I’ve been personally using them for over 13 months and the hair is still going strong, which really shows the quality.
The range of shades available is unreal—there’s so much choice and it makes finding the perfect match so easy. Their hair products are also amazing, and they smell absolutely divine!
Customer service is another big plus. Even though I haven’t needed to reach out much, they make it clear they’re always on hand for any enquiries, which is really reassuring.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend them enough—such great quality, long-lasting hair, and an all-round brilliant experience.

Nano beads and loop tools
I purchased pre loaded nano beads and x3 nano loop tools and the tools were too big for the beads rendering the purchase useless.
End up purchasing x6 of the nano loop tools that actually fitted the pre loaded nano beads, off ebay for the same price as 1 of the "nano" loop tools from sway. I was very disappointed in my order.
I wouldnt recommend as their website was hard to navigate. Their tools dont match their associated accessories. I.e beads and the loop tools. And although the loop tools itself was amazing quality, it would have been better if it fit the beads. It will work on larger beads I suppose. And the ebay loop tools were no were near as good a quality as sways but for the price and the fact the ebay loop tool functioned better with the nano beads I would have to give it to ebay on this one.

Amazing !!!!
My order was delivered very fast. The shampoo has made my hair so soft which is great as I have blonde hair extensions which tend to dry out quite quickly. It leaves my hair feeling fresh for days after the wash and the conditioner smells amazing

I bought a curling hairstyler
I bought a curling hairstyler.
It captures some hair but not as good as I hoped. The curls are very soft and dropout of my hair shortly after. I would need to use a lot of products to keep the soft curls.

Great Product, But Let Down by Courier Issue
I’m only writing this review as I received an invitation to. Unfortunately, I have not received my parcel, which was over £500 in value. It has clearly been misdelivered by the courier to an address over a mile away from mine.
The customer service team have been helpful, and Leah in particular has been lovely and is currently handling this with the courier. This is not a reflection of their customer service at all, but more so the courier involved.
As I had a hair appointment already booked, my hairdresser kindly replaced the order for me, so I now have the extensions fitted and I am so pleased with them – they are absolutely beautiful. However, this does mean I am currently out of pocket, having had to pay for the order twice.
I’ll be more than happy to update this review once everything is resolved and I’ve received a refund for the lost package.

Ive been wearing extensions for 13…
Ive been wearing extensions for 13 years and SWAY are the best ive come across.
Most hair extensions become frizzy and knotted and sparse on the ends. These are the only ones that stay looking healthy at the ends. They are pricier than other hair brands but much more worth it because you dont have to replace these like you do others. If i had ONE quarm it would be the packaging. The huge boxes are a nightmare for delivery. I was more than happy with packaging that fits through the letterbox.
