Takes a while to receive the product but to be honest I think slower deliveries are not a bad thing - life moves too fast and we expect things to happen at the cost of over consumption.

LOVE the Reeflex iPhone lenses & filters
LOVE the Reeflex iPhone lenses & filters. Just came back from a trip to Banff National Park & was amazed with what I could achieve with iPhone photography (ie. long exposure photos, polarized water images, etc.) Had tried the Sandmarc lenses previously which I quite liked, but the build quality & quick interchangeability of the Reeflex kit is amazing. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
I did order a 2x tele lens from them, don’t realize that they use screw mount which doesn’t fit mt Freewell case on my iohone15 Promax, I cancel it next day, the truck customer service Alice reply promptly and help cancel my order, excellent service. I will keep using them to update my gears.

Reeheld is a great app for long exposure photography
I mainly use the Reeheld app. It is a fantastic addition to filter photography, especially when you need to do things quickly. I would like to be able to shorten the minimum shutter speed to 0.1 seconds, as 1 second is often too long for me. There should also be two selection functions for startrail and lighttail. I am sure these functions will be included in future updates. I am very happy with the app and use it very often!

Great company to deal with
I bought the telephoto lens and adapters and
VND filters. At first, somehow, I received the wrong iPhone case. It could have been my fault. However, the Reeflex support team quickly resolved the issue and the correct case was sent promptly. I appreciated their quick reply and solution. In addition, their filters and lens delivered the results that were advertised. I will highly recommend this company to my professional colleagues.

I bought some Lens from the kickstart campaign last year. The delivery was quite fast, nothing I can complain about. I love the new lens, the quality is very high and the price was correct. Moreover, I also have the apps and they works properly.

Terrible customer care & no support
Firstly the shipping isn’t free. £14:99 to the UK.
Secondly I was a backer for their kickstarter from the start. Part of that was to receive a bag with my order. My kickstarter hadnt arrived by the end of April this year so I contacted them & was told they backer kits were sent out 2 months beforehand but they’d sort mine out. I filled in a form but had issues with the payment when I tried to buy another lens. They didn’t seem bothered at all. When the package turned up there was no bag but there was a £70 gift voucher to cover the cost of the bag as they didn’t have any at the moment. When I tried to order the bag the voucher wouldn’t work. Even though it had only been posted a couple of weeks before I was told that the voucher had expired and I wouldn’t be getting my bag. They said it was my fault the package was late & the voucher was out of date as I should’ve filled out some form in an email. I asked for an explanation but I was ignored. It took 2 days to get any reply from an email. Finally I put my issues on their Facebook group only to be blocked from the group & no reply given or support. If you can find another company who make a similar product then I’d advise you try them as Reeflex have no customer care policy & don’t seem to care once they have your cash & if there’s an issue then apparently it’s your fault.

Shipping Costs: We offer shipping options to the UK, and the associated fees were clearly outlined in both the Kickstarter campaign details and the BackerKit checkout process. Transparency about all costs involved is something we take very seriously and are best known for.
Kickstarter Reward: Regarding the bag, as discussed in our previous emails on April 16th, your order was processed and shipped, as confirmed by Vanessa from our Support Team. We provided a £70 gift voucher as compensation for the temporary unavailability of the bag. The voucher's expiration date was communicated through our emails and official Kickstarter updates. Unfortunately, the voucher expired before it could be used, but we did offer a 3-month window for redemption, which was consistent with the terms provided to all backers.
Support and Communication: We responded promptly to your inquiries, as shown in our email exchanges. We value our backers and took steps to resolve your case, despite the delay in claiming your rewards after all other backers had already received theirs.
We are committed to providing the best possible customer experience. We hope this resolution meets your expectations, and we would appreciate it if you could update your review to reflect the current status of your case.

Missing item in order, with zero support – support solution is to buy a new product

CAN'T RECOMMEND REEFLEX AS A COMPANY, ZERO SUPPORT ON MISSING IMPORTANT ITEMS IN THEIR PACKAGE AT FACTORY PACKAGE – SUPPORT WANTS YOU TO BUY A NEW PRODUCT TO SOLVE IT.
Great lenses and build quality, but sadly I can't recommend this company due to their lack of support and won't acknowledge they have delivered a product missing important elements as the protective lens which puts my lens in risk of damage and dust collection .
Support reply is that they can't provide spare lenses or replacement products, and instead advice to buy a NEW lens to solve the missing lens caps!!!!!
I supported the full tier lens package and now support wants me to buy an additional lens and promise to make sure the cap is included in the new lens package, as well offer a 20% discount (Which is ridiculous discount since their website highlights a 32% discount on indigo-go which makes this support offer be a joke)
REEFLEX, as a company, you should deliver on your promise, and UP your support, since the current way you're handling cases is unprofessional and lacks respect of the backers and buyers supporting your company.
Your support proposed solution is that I'm to use at least an additional 169 Euro to solve the missing cap – is to buy a new lens product, to "solve" the missing lens cap – THIS MAKES ZERO SENSE, since I'll regardless still be missing that protective lens CAP!.
I can't recommend this company until they have solved this matter, DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they won't support their items if your missing an item, so don't expect any replacement nor spare parts, of items which you paid for, and never received.
Until REEFLEX support has solved this matter in a customer friendly way, and deliver what was promised, I will not recommend their products to anyone, since you can expect missing items with zero support for replacement.
REEFLEX, when you solve this matter, I'll change my mind – but contacting you directly via hello@ and support@ has not resolved this matter, and you say the only solution is a discount code which is zero value for me as a customer.
I’ve already pledged €664.00 + 30 euro for shipping. I dont' accept I have to pledge even more money to a greedy support to solve this matter. Send me a the lens cap or at least take the faulty lens package back and send a replacement unit.
