Filter adapters

I have previously purchased the 2x tele and wide angle lens and was blown away by quality and function, last year I added the filter adapter ring set and a couple of filters, again fit and finish is excellent, this year I bit the bullet and purchased the 240 supertele
The filters won’t fit and Reeflex refuse to sell just the one ring to tie allow use of all my lenses and filters, there is no reason why they can’t do this they just offer me to buy a complete set of adapters 3 of which I have already purchased, I have spent a lot of money in the reflex store and this just seems a slap in the face to existing customers and not well thought out in todays climate of reducing waste and carbon footprint, to be clear I’m only reviewing the filter adapter ring set not the rest of the products, the low score is due to you offering no solution

The Super Tele 240mm adapter only came to market a few months ago, after the end of our Kickstarter campaign in mid-Nov'24, and to streamline operations and reduce complexity, we integrated it into the Filters’ Adapters & Camera Mount product. This decision was made after careful consideration of production, logistics, compatibility, and long-term product support.

We understand that from a customer’s perspective, individual parts might seem like a simple request, but the reality of manufacturing, stock management, process efficiency and quality control presents unique challenges that we must carefully navigate.

While we respect your opinion, we believe that a 1-star review does not reflect the quality of our products or the effort we put into delivering innovative solutions for mobile photography.

Incredible results with Reeflex

Incredible results with Reeflex lenses and filters with both iPhone 13 Pro Max and 16 Pro Max, including the newest 240mm Super Telefoto. Images are clear several blocks away, one-quarter mile. Can clearly read a street sign 3 blocks away and vehicle license plates 2+ blocks away. Phenomenal!

Poor Customer Support

Firstly, the lenses are beautiful. I've purchased three lenses and their case, convinced by some reviews I've seen.

After using/testing the lenses, I noticed some vignetting with the long range macro lens and reached out for help on October 16, 2024 and the communication back and forth is ongoing at this point. The responses I'm getting are somewhat defensive, rather than supportive, and repeated requests for proof/files/data on the lens at issue.

The initial response to the inquiry was fast, but when I reached out to some of the ongoing exchanges of emails, with days of no response, I'm told their team is busy with the new kickstarter in the works. While it's exciting that the company is invested on created more products, it's disappointing to a purchasing customer that they don't have the time and team to support their existing products.

Cut to present day, I'm told to return the item and they won't issue a new lens or refund until they've determined that the lens is defective, indicating that I might be installing the lens incorretly, while I'm not having issues with the other two lenses I purchased at the same time. I've replied that the company should send me the return label, as I don't believe this should be at my cost. Will wait to see how this all resolves, fingers crossed, but honestly, very frustrated with the support, rather lack of support.

However, it’s also important that our gear is handled and used as instructed. Quite often, challenges with vignetting or image quality stem from misalignment, which can impact performance.

Once a defect is confirmed, we will reimburse those costs and proceed with a replacement free of charge. My friends can’t believe this!

I have friends who can’t believe I’m replacing my Nikon D850 kit with an iPhone. They think I should be committed!

However once they see the Reeflex apps, gear and my portfolio their attitude changes.

I’m 78 and lugging a DSLR backpack around is really tough. Having my g-series kit and an iPhone is so easy to manage.

To conceive, design, develop and produce these products is amazing. The big boys must be scratching their heads at your innovation and commitment to the photography field.

Congrats to all. I m looking forward to the early production date and getting my hands on the 240 and macro lenses.

I don’t know what’s in the works next but I’m sure it will be great.

One thing I’d like to see is the ability to zoom in on the app with RAW as an output option.

Awesome work folks; keep it going.

Couldn't Be Happier.
The lenses themselves are very high quality in both optics and build. They offer quite a boost to the capability of my iPhone camera.
I had to change the delivery address because of Hurricane Helene and Reeflex Support assisted in getting the address changed when the delivery company would not change it for the recipient. Reeflex Support went beyond their contractual obligation to ensure I received the order at the new address.

Support very helpful

Today i received my G-Series Macro lens. However i was very sad and frustrated to find out that:

- The lens package wasnt sealed.
- The lens looked like "thrown in" the package.
- The lens carried a lot of dust.
- The lens was clearly used with several damages like scratches and a small carving on the rim.

Overall this is unacceptable for optical gear. I reached out to support and will see how they proceed with this.
Obviously i will update this rating as soon as the support reacts.

I'm not unfair. If this topic is resolved in a good way, i will update accordingly.

I’m 81 years old & still learning…

I’m 81 years old & still learning iPhone ‘stuff’. Wasn’t comfortable purchasing & downloading an app so reached out to Reeheld for guidance. Their support was more than generous - guided me through the purchase process & pointed out their plans. I did get the ‘bundle’ which I won't thought about on my own.

I am from Los Angeles, CA and I think I had the best customer service I've had in a very long time.

I was attempting to update my shipping and billing address because the one that is on record via the website that Reeflex uses to sell had an old one. I was attempting to buy on my Android phone using chrome. When out of nowhere Chrome refreshed and when it finished reloading it had placed the order with all the wrong data.

I quickly emailed Reeflex and in less than 4 hours I got a response that the order has been canceled with an updated invoice.

That gave me a piece of mind! Great and fast customer service.

How I have placed a new order with the correct information. It was a great experience and I'm completely satisfied.

Poor customer support

The lens itself is of high quality but the Support Team when contacted about a problem was initially dismissive and when pressed did not resolve the technical issue but simply offered a 20% on further purchases. This did nothing towards resolving the issue. I have now cut my loses and moved on to another product. REEFLEX as a company therefore seems only interested in sales volume and not much into customer satisfaction.
