Non ho “comprato Reeflex per caso”, l’ho scelta dopo un’attenta valutazione di ciò che il mercato delle lenti per iPhone offre oggi, cercando un sistema serio soprattutto per il video e non per la fotografia.

Dopo l’acquisto della Tele 2x posso dire di non essere rimasto deluso, anzi. La qualità costruttiva è eccellente: materiali solidi, finiture premium e sensazione generale di prodotto progettato con cura. Il sistema di aggancio da 17 mm, utilizzato insieme alla custodia Carbon Reeflex, rende tutto pratico, rapido e affidabile nell’uso quotidiano.

La resa è molto valida per chi vuole spingersi oltre la camera standard dell’iPhone e ottenere un approccio più creativo nelle riprese video.

Spedizione veloce, packaging perfetto e esperienza complessiva davvero positiva.

Per chi cerca un ecosistema di lenti mobile di livello, nel mio caso promosso a pieni voti.

I have always been passionate about photography (first analogue, currently digital SLR to which I associate the smartphone for some situations in which it is really comfortable). I'd been wanting to try some additional lenses for my iPhone for a while. I currently have an iPhone 17 Pro Max. I opted for the kit with the 240mm and 200 and 300 macro lenses. I have been immediately very impressed by the packaging and the construction quality of the lenses, as well as the magsafe case, very beautiful and elegant. From an optical point of view, the performance of the lenses is surprising. Both the tele and the macro lenses (extremely comfortable and fast to mount on the tele thanks to the magnetic system) are truly remarkable. Associated with the dedicated app, they allow you to have a photo system on your smartphone so that you can push yourself beyond the "point and shoot" making smartphone photography even more rewarding. I will definitely evaluate other lenses and filters, including the super tele, available (I hope) soon. I would like just to mention the customer support that I contacted and that demonstrated the seriousness of the organization. Thank you!!!

I have now purchased two items from Reeflex and will continue to purchase more! My first review of the 240mm can be found on this site.

However, I was really interested in (and somewhat skeptical about) their ultra-wide lens. Given the wide field of view with the native iPhone 17 pro (and its distortion) would the Reeflex lens (mounted over the main camera) really be an improvement - especially for the money? Short Answer - YES!!!

I purchased it primarily for wide-field astrophotography. Users of the Iphone pro series (as well as the later Samsung Galaxy phones) can take some pretty decent imagery of the stars and Milky Way. However, these images are almost always taken with the main camera because the coma (star distortion) and vignetting (light drop-off) at the edges of the ultra-wide lens are quite intolerable.

I have yet to have a clear night since my purchase (I live in Canada after all) but I have tested the camera but aiming the native iPhone 17 pro with ultra-wide camera and the same camera with the Reeflex Ultra-wide lens at a brick wall at a 45 degree angle to really test edge quality.

The verdict is clear (pun intended) and simple. The Reeflex Ultra-wide camera brings the bricks and their details into sharp focus with excellent contrast. The same could not be said for the iPhone 17 pro's native camera. Even though I cropped down the native camera's image to match the somewhat smaller field of the Reeflex (which should provide a sharper image at the corner), I got no where near the high quality results of the Reeflex lens

Hats off to the team at Reeflex. This is not a hit on Apple (I absolutely love their phones and the native ultra-wide lens is great for 99% of users).

I should also mention (as I have read many reviews below) that the customer service I have received has been fantastic and helpful. In addition, I was not surprised when I had to pay duties and taxes (even though that information was not listed). Perhaps it's just living in Canada but we always pay duties and/or taxes on EVERYTHING we purchase regardless of where they are made. So I am surprised that some people did not expect to pay them.

In any event, I cannot wait to get out at night and takes those wide-field milky images that I have been waiting for!

An awful experience as a new customer, spending 700 QUID!! on lenses. I purchased the ‘FULL SET’ bundle of lenses for iPhone, with the express intent of using 240mm lens the most. The others I was my intrigued by. The description that I’ve screenshotted says ‘All the G series lenses in this bundle’. I then discover that this in fact was NOT true, and that the ‘FULL SET’ bundle is in fact absent of the 240mm lens. Wow. Misleading .com

To make matters worse, customer support are useless and downright offensive on email. I asked them 3 times (!) why the bundle is inaccurately described and that I was disappointed not to receive my number one lens. Their generic drone like reply of, ‘We can offer a refund’ did little to empathise with me or take me seriously, and Aurora did not address the question of WHY, despite my repeating it 3 times. They also expect me to pay for postage - the sheer cheek of it!

In the event I’m not compensated for this insolence, mistreatment and deceitful marketing practice, I will be pursuing things further and warning others to stay well away. I offered to take a discretional settlement for the massive inconvenience and frustration, and to enable me then to ALSO purchase the missing lens, but of course they weren't interested. They are expensive lenses at £700, I bought them in good faith and really only needed one.

It’s also pretty scammy to expect £50 for a poxy phone case (required to house lenses) and then pay for app just to use the lenses. The list goes on..

To say I’m disappointed and cheated is an understatement.

Je déconseille très fortement Reeflex Store. Mon expérience avec leur service client a été très décevante, et ce n’est pas un cas isolé.

À chaque commande, la livraison à domicile n’a jamais été respectée. Les colis ont été redirigés vers des points relais, m’obligeant à me déplacer, alors que j’avais payé pour une livraison à domicile. Malgré cela, le service client considère que la livraison est “correctement effectuée”, ce qui est discutable.

Lors de ma dernière commande, le problème s’est reproduit : livraison non faite à domicile, déplacement nécessaire, et refus total du service client d’admettre le problème. Ils s’appuient strictement sur leurs conditions sans proposer de solution.

Leur politique de remboursement est également abusive : ils déduisent les frais d’expédition même quand la livraison n’est pas respectée.

De plus, mon frère a eu des problèmes : malgré ses achats, il n’a jamais pu créer ou accéder à son compte avec son adresse mail, ce qui montre un manque de fiabilité sur des aspects basiques.

En résumé :
• Livraison jamais respectée (toujours en point relais)
• Aucune prise de responsabilité
• Politique de remboursement défavorable au client
• Problèmes techniques (création de compte impossible)
• Service client rigide

Je ne recommanderai jamais cette boutique.

I strongly advise against Reeflex Store.

My experience with their customer service has been very disappointing, and this is not an isolated case.

With every order I placed, home delivery was never respected. The parcels were always redirected to pickup points, forcing me to travel to collect them, even though I paid for home delivery. Despite this, customer service considers the delivery as “properly completed”, which is highly questionable.

During my latest order, the same issue happened again: no home delivery, I had to travel to collect the parcel, and customer service completely refused to acknowledge the problem. They strictly rely on their policies without offering any solution.

Their refund policy is also unfair: they deduct shipping costs even when the delivery service was not properly fulfilled.

In addition, my brother also experienced issues: despite making purchases, he was never able to create or access his account using his email address, which shows a lack of reliability even in basic aspects of their service.

Summary:
• Home delivery never respected (always redirected to pickup points)
• No responsibility taken
• Unfair refund policy
• Technical issues (account creation impossible)
• Rigid customer service

I would never recommend this store.

If you are starting to explore phone photography, look no further. Reeflex offers the best equipment for you to begin exploring this new way to take photos. I’m not a videographer, but they offer great equipment to explore that art form as well. Their customer service is exceptional and when you get your hands on their equipment, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. There are lots of companies offering different options. Don’t settle for less I suggest going with the best. Reeflex has all your needs covered including very well designed apps that will take your photography to the next level. What are you waiting for? Die Qualität der Taschen flop. Nähte sind nicht gut verarbeitet, so dass gleich beim ersten Gebrauch ein Loch entstand und diese eine inwändige Tasche nicht genutzt werden kann. Reissverschlüsse sehr streng zu öffnen.

Good quality, hope soon you will release 10x telephoto objective as well.

I emailed them about an issue and they resolved it quickly with no complications. I was pleased with their customer service and the whole process was smooth.

The lenses purchased were of excellent construction and optical quality.

I was pleasantly impressed by the speed in responding to my e-mail to their Support Team (in the person of Aurora) with a request to change the delivery address.

Package, received on time, perfectly packed.

I regret buying from this company. The only thing they did well was fast shipping. Other than that, the customer service was a joke. Before you purchase, make sure you read their return policy carefully. They give you 14 days, but you have to pay for shipping both ways, which can be outrageous (up to $300).

After receiving my order, FedEx even sent me an $83 bill for tariffs. I spent $830 on their products and truly regret not buying from another seller on Amazon instead.

Reeflex has introduced an exceptional product line of the highest quality lens and filters that take iPhone photography to an ultimate level. They have also started a community of like minded people that enjoy taking photos with their phones and sharing them.
As with most new companies they have some growing pains as mentioned by others in their negative comments. But, one thing for certain, their investment in their products is tremendous and the quality clearly shows it. I highly recommend lens and filters to anyone looking to taking their phone photography to the next level and that next level is a huge improvement.

I was not made aware of tariff fees at the time of purchase . This resulted in me having to pay $75.00 in additional fees . Reeflex hid this from me therefore I will not be purchasing Reeflex products any longer . I will also let all my photography groups and friends know not to purchase from Reeflex because there will be additional hidden prices .

Having just received the final lens on the collection I was curious to test the wide angle lens 110° against the Zuiko equivalent. I kept having to repeat the process as I thought I was missing something! The wide angle actually resolves better by far ! (48mp iPhone 16pro max . ) my creativity can now extend due to not having to lug heavy gear around , I often feel as though composition is improved by now being able to use both eyes !😱
Excellent postal service ! Italy to UK in 2 days .
In Iceland now having left my wide angle Zuiko at home .

Reeflex didn't pay the duty fee, and did not respond to my complaint and offer an explanation or offer to pay Fed Ex, so I'm stuck with the bill.

Packaging was top notch and protected the product beautifully. Everything is milled/threaded to fit perfectly, and the quality is as advertised. I also have the Reflex app, and paired with the lenses, I’m taking the best photos of my life.
