Faulty Reeflex iPhone 17 Pro MagSafe leather case

I ordered iPhone 17 Pro MagSafe leather case from Reeflex Store online that turn out to be faulty.

These are the telltale signs that the case I received from Reeflex is either faulty or not MagSafe compatible.

1. No verbiage on box that it is MagSafe compatible.
2. No visible MagSafe ring on the case.
3. When paired with a MagSafe power bank, the case does not hold on securely to the power bank.

Update:
Reached out to Reeflex Store Support. After numerous back and forth emails, with photos and videos evidence to prove that the Reeflex iPhone 17 Pro leather case I received is indeed faulty, Reeflex Store Support finally agreed to send me a replacement.

Received replacement on 26 Dec 2025. Tested it and glad that the MagSafe on the replacement leather case for iPhone 17 Pro does work as designed.

I do wish there is better quality control by Reeflex. Case closed.

Super helpful support team

I had a problem with the exchange rate for Australian dollars and contacted the support team. I got a timely response with an offer to manually adjust the pricing so I could qualify for free shipping. Later the support team assisted with a discount code that was issued after I had placed my order.
So the Reflex support team have been super helpful and saved me a lot of money.

Excellent support & fairness from REEFLEX

I ordered the G-Series 240mm lens and carbon case and have been really impressed so far.
The build quality, packaging and overall feel of the product are superb, and the lens performs far better than I expected from a mobile system.

What really stood out was the customer support. I reached out shortly after purchasing when a Black Friday price drop was announced — REEFLEX handled the situation fairly, professionally, and offered a goodwill adjustment without hesitation. That level of service says a lot about the company.

Overall, great product, great communication, and a team that genuinely looks after its customers. Highly recommended.

The customer service is outstanding it’s very rarely in today’s world that you actually have someone that is concerned about your experience with their company. The product they sell is very high quality, but that only takes a company so far. Great products great customer service

Had a lot of questions so I emailed CS of Reeflex - I spoke with Aurora and she answered all my questions in great detail/beyond what we can find on the website, which sometimes I notice CSR's will just copy and paste info from their webpage as if we haven't looked there yet; Aurora answered questions that were not available on website and she was very patient with me. Great service and I love the products that I bought. Can't wait to continue playing around with these great quality lenses, it's truly easy to use with the iphone.

Really bad customer support

Really bad customer support. They say they reply in 24-48 hours, which is not true. I have written them several emails, no answer so far, and it’s been way more than 48 hours. I even wrote on their Facebook page - the message is “seen”, no response whatsoever. Another thing - according to their website info, the shipping time to my country is 3-5 business days. I made plans accordingly, just to find out that the shipping time will be 8-10 business days, which is really not okey.

Their customer service is a joke

Customer service is slow and unapologetic. I asked to add an item to my order, it took them two business days to reply and by then it had already shipped. They offered no apology or solution. They also take zero responsibility for import duties, it’s buried in the fine print on their shipping terms so expect a surprise 15% bill from fedex a month after your order if you live in the US.

Great product but with service dept hiccups.

I purchased a G-Series Super Telephoto 240 & Macro Add-Ons a few months back.. Since then, I’ve experienced a couple of times where their Service Department has been extremely slow in responding to queries. Clearly, they have had problems at their end. That said, when they eventually responded, they have tried to be as helpful as they could, so I’ve upped the star rating of my review. Also, I’m very impressed with use of the telephoto lens with the macro add-ons. It allows me to create great close-up shots without having to get right up close to the subject matter. Insects and bugs tend to make themselves scarce if you get too close.

I got an email from REEFLEX advertising…

I got an email from REEFLEX advertising their 240 mm Telephoto lens at 25% off. I was very excited about this and wen to buy it. BUT... What I found out was this ad was false. No where in the email did it state you have to buy a kit. That kit included the magnetic macro add on lenes which brought the cost up to $359.99 with the "discount". I did not want the macro lens addon as I have an iPhone which has macro feature that serves my purposes quite well. When I tried to use the discount for just the 240 mm Super Telephoto lens which is what their email was advertising the discount would not be given.

This is clear cut FALSE ADVERTISING on REEFLEX'S part. So beware of dealing with this company.

In addition I sent them a message asking questions about the 240 mm Telephoto lens they never got back to me despite stating it usually takes 24 to 48 hours during business days to get back to you.

Sehr tolles Produkt. Ich war auf Urlaub und die Tele 2 Linse wertet mein iPhone 15 Pro Max extrem auf. Knackig scharfe Fotos mit einem schönen Bokeh. Ich produziere Reisevideos auf YouTube und ich liebe hier die Natürlichkeit in den Videos. Ich kann es nur Empfehlen diese Linse zu erwerben. 👍🏻

Great Iphone photos…

I took a trip to Europe this Fall and didn't want to carry a lot of gear. I ordered two lens for my Iphone. That was all I needed. My pictures were clear and crisp even for long distance pictures. No more lugging a lot of gear to take pictures.
