I initially left a negative review after a frustrating experience with one of the lenses I received through Reeflex’s Kickstarter campaign. That particular lens didn’t meet my expectations, and the support process felt difficult at the time.

That said, I want to highlight that the other two lenses included in my pledge - the wide-angle and super-telephoto - are excellent. They feel incredibly well made, have a solid and premium build, and produce very clean, sharp images. They’ve genuinely impressed me and show what Reeflex is capable of when everything works as it should.

After I shared my concerns, one of the co-founders reached out personally. We had a thoughtful and respectful exchange, and they took my feedback seriously. Their response helped turn the situation around and restored my confidence in the company.

Issues can happen with any product, but what matters is how it’s handled - and in this case, I feel it was ultimately handled with care. I’m happy to update my review to reflect that and I’ll continue to follow Reeflex’s work moving forward.

Amazing Customer Support. Aurora answered my questions promptly, and was incredible. I would highly recommend REEFLEX.

I currently have two REEFLEX G-Series lenses (110° Wide Angle and 2X Telephoto), their complete set of filters and recently received their 240mm Telephoto with Macro Add-ons. Suffice to say that I am extremely pleased and use both the lenses and the filters on a daily basis. It has changed my whole attitude toward photography with my iPhone.

In the last month I also had reason to deal with their support via email following a package with the 240mm lens I ordered that I had not yet received. They took complete ownership of the issue, keeping me up to date on the progress. They discovered that UPS had lost the package and once they received compensation from UPS (about a couple of weeks later) they immediately dispatched a new 240mm lens with included Macro Add-ons to me.

Their products are excellent, I would not have invested so much money purchasing their lenses and filters if they weren't. Of equal importance though, their support structure is also excellent. I could not be more pleased. This is what separates an ok(ish) company from a truly great company and it's been a pleasurable experience for me. I wish them continued success.

UK customers, be aware.
This company sells to UK consumers but states in their terms that they are not responsible for lost items once handed to their courier. This is not compliant with UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the seller is legally responsible for ensuring the item is delivered to you, not just dispatched. If your order doesn’t arrive, you are entitled to a refund.

If this happens to you, don’t accept their excuses. Contact your bank or card provider and request a chargeback. They are not allowed to override your UK rights, regardless of their own stated policies.

What wonderful customer service! I originally ordered the new 240mm Super Telephoto without the 200 and 300mm macro bundle. Then I changed my mind two days later and contacted Reeflex to see if the two macro lenses could be included, as a bundle. Aurora, from customer service added the macro lenses without hesitation. Then I received an email notification that Reeflex was having a 15% off sale on their products. Since my order had not been sent yet, I contacted Aurora again and asked if I could receive the 15% off of my Reeflex purchase and she granted my request! My order was sent on March 24th and I probably won't receive it for several more days but am very excited to try out my new Reeflex products, especially the 240mm Super Telephoto lens! Aurora is one of the best customer service reps I've ever worked with and because of her, I highly recommend Reeflex! She is quite impressive!

I bought actually 3x at this shop: the first time I ordered the Supertele 240 with the Macrolenses 200 and 300. I hadn`t seen that these lenses weren`t yet available until mid march, and I even lost the mail from them. I had a very very nice contact with Aurora from the support team and finally got the Supertele 140 + the Macro 200 and 300 on March 3th. Everything war safe packaged and arrived very fast with UPS. I am still trying out the lenses, but already love them.
Then I decided to buy more stuff/lenses for my iPhone and these were immediately available. I even ordered one more and they shipped everything together, it took only around a week and now I will play around with my new lenses to my hearts contend. Thanks to Reeflex, they have top notch lenses and fantastic videos so that you can learn how to use the lenses. Their Apps are also wonderful, I already use them all the time. Very recommendable shop.

After ordering goods from Reeflex and paying extra for express delivery, I can see on March 5, 2025 that the goods are not being delivered. The goods were sent with FedEx on January 28 and reached DAO in Denmark on January 31, 2025. After that, the package disappears for DAO.
DAO cannot/will not help but refers to the supplier Reeflex.
At Reeflex they state that they are investigating the matter with their carrier, but nothing happens.
I have therefore asked for the purchase to be cancelled and the money to be returned, which they will not do.
They have disclaimed all responsibility for the shipment once it has been shipped.
So now I am stuck between DAO, who has closed the case and refers to the supplier (Reeflex), and Reeflex, who is investigating and investigating, which they are still doing on March 5, 2025.
I therefore expect to lose my money and cannot recommend Reeflex.

Its first time to deal with this conpany , i recieved items with litle manufacture falts, but thay have very very good after sale service, i liked to deal with them again, thay coved me with new items whithen few days and i got my items and am very happy with it, i trusr reeflex and i recomand them.

I did lots of research on all available lenses and products currently available for my iPhone 16 Pro. There are some great things out there, but ultimately, I kept coming back to the Reeflex line of lenses/ filters. And now, having my hands on them, I'm BEYOND happy that I went this route! The build quality is second to none... there is nothing "weak" about their products. Even the iPhone case that I purchased (which I felt I didn't necessarily need, since I had a 17mm cage that would have worked) is sooooo good! The magnetic system between the filters and the lenses is wonderful. Also, the customer service is quick and kind. I will continue to purchase more products from this company and I've already told many other video friends about them. Top-shelf company, top-shelf products, top-shelf results!!!

I think i'm the first person to use and own the Reeflex G- Lenses in Malaysia (based on my research). Their lenses are truly awesome. It feels so solid build, the quality of their lenses are really top notch. I encountered some problem at first when using their G- Lenses and i've been consulted their customer service. However, their customer service are really helpful and provided guidance to me to solve my problem. Huge thums up to them. 10 star guarantee!!!

Compré varios objetivos de REEFLEX Store atraído por su reputación como los mejores accesorios para fotografía con iPhone. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con la atención al cliente ha sido una gran decepción.

Los objetivos llegaron con las cajas dañadas y abolladas, lo cual es preocupante considerando que se trata de equipos delicados. Al contactar con la empresa esperando una solución razonable, su única respuesta fue ofrecerme un número de serie para sus aplicaciones… que además estaba caducado. No buscaba un regalo, sino una solución justa y acorde con el nivel de la marca.

Es completamente normal sentirse decepcionado cuando compras una óptica costosa y la recibes con la caja abollada. No solo por la apariencia, sino porque un embalaje en mal estado puede comprometer la integridad del producto.

Además, otro gran inconveniente es que no venden accesorios por separado, como los tapones de los objetivos, que debido a su tamaño pequeño son muy fáciles de perder. Esto deja a los usuarios sin opciones para reponer piezas esenciales, algo inaceptable en un producto de este nivel.

Si bien los objetivos apenas cumplen su función, la falta de respaldo al cliente y la imposibilidad de adquirir repuestos básicos hacen que la experiencia general sea aún más decepcionante. No basta con vender productos caros, también es fundamental ofrecer un servicio acorde al precio y prestigio que la marca intenta transmitir.

since i bought iPhone 16 Pro, i got to know about many companies which manufacture the lenses for iphone.

Reeflex is one of them as I ordered 4 Lenses from them along with iPhone 16 Pro Case.

When the order arrived i was shocked that how high quality products are these. The lenses are build solid, i believe true premium grade.

When i use these lenses outside people do ask me about them as they looks so great and elegant.

I am so happy to buy those lenses but yeah i failed out on kickstarter 240mm lens due to finance.

Not just hardware, their softwares are amazing, Reeflex apps are top notch and helps me taking great photos.
