Great lenses, incredible customer service
Mistakenly, I purchased the wrong size phone case, which meant I wouldn't be able to use the lens and filter purchased for a once-in-a-lifetime trip I was due to leave on in just a few days. Incredibly, and to my tremendous relief, Reeflex's great customer support team responded to my urgent need, and rushed out the correct size phone case needed.

Customer support non-existent in my experience. After ordering a G series super telephoto bundle, I sent 3 emails on separate occasions to their support team. Non have been even acknowledged. The last one was sent 9 days ago, the first 3.1/2 weeks ago.

Great system for my Galaxy S25 Ultra
I chose the Reeflex G-series system for my Galaxy S25 Ultra, which I am using for my new travel blog. I currently own the 2x Telefoto, the Wide Angle, and just received my 240 mm Telefoto, which I am thrilled with. The customer support team at Reeflex has been top-notch and helped me decide which lenses to start with, as my budget allowed. Ordering, shipping to the USA, and follow-up support have been spot on, and any questions I have had have been answered within 1 business day. I am going to be adding other lenses and filters and plan on completing my system over the next few months. What I like most about the G-series is being able to use my S25 Ultra for all my blog photography and not having to lug a huge camera bag around (I'm an old High School photographer and have nightmares of covering sports events:) I highly recommend the Reeflex company and the G-series for any Galaxy Ultra or Iphone users whose phones fit the system.

Impressive Build, Smooth User Experience, and Outstanding Customer Service
Delivery
The product arrived on schedule through two different shipping companies. Everything was smooth and timely.
Product Quality & Build
I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro MagSafe Leather Case, and I'm very impressed with its quality.
The texture is smooth and premium to the touch.
Buttons and the side switch are very easy to press—great usability.
It’s not bulky at all, and the surface provides a nice grip.
MagSafe works perfectly; the alignment and strength are excellent.
Though not officially recommended, I tried attaching the phone (with the lens on) to a MagSafe tripod. To my surprise, it held up decently well. Of course, I’d advise caution and doing so at your own risk.
Lens Build Quality
The lens cap snaps on securely and easily—very convenient.
The connection between the lens and the case is perfectly aligned and firm—no wobble at all.
The glass protrudes slightly, so you’ll want to handle it with care.
The lens itself is a bit heavy, but compared to carrying a full-frame camera and lens, it’s extremely manageable and enjoyable to use.
Bokeh & Focal Length
While the minimum focal length is listed as 100 cm, it felt more like 60–70 cm in practice.
You can get reasonably close to your subject and enjoy both background and foreground blur, depending on your composition.
One thing to note: the lens physically covers the iPhone’s LiDAR scanner, which can cause the camera to automatically switch to a slower shutter speed.
I haven’t personally used Moment or Sandmarc lenses, but from what I’ve observed, larger lenses from other brands also appear to cover the LiDAR scanner due to their size and position.
To avoid motion blur, I recommend enabling the setting that retains Night Mode preferences. It helps prevent the automatic switch to long exposure.
Design & Aesthetics
This is a personal opinion, but I feel the case logo stands out a bit too much. A more subtle, modern design would be even better.
I’d also love to see more color variations—earth tones or other natural shades might appeal to a broader audience.
Since the lenses and overall product quality are so fantastic, I hope the brand continues to grow with stylish branding that attracts more people!
Customer Service
I communicated several times with Aurora from the customer support team regarding some initial connectivity issues between the iPhone and the lens.
Thanks to her help, the issue was resolved, and I’m able to continue enjoying the lens.
Her responses were kind, professional, prompt, and very helpful—excellent customer service! Thank you again, Aurora!

Pakket kwijt. Goed opgelost.
Ik heb eind maart een dure bestelling geplaatst. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Pakket kwijtgeraakt bij UPS. Ik moet steeds zelf contact met Reeflex opnemen. Kan alleen per mail. Bedrijf reageert soms pas na meer dan een week als ik een volgende mail stuur.
Geld tot op heden ook niet terug ontvangen.
Als ik dezelfde bestelling nogmaals wil plaatsen ben ik ineens heel veel duurder uit.
Heel triest om te ervaren dat service niet op nummer 1 staat en de klant volledig in de steek gelaten wordt.

Ik ben heel blij nu te kunnen melden dat het probleem is opgelost. Ik heb een nieuw verzonden pakket ontvangen. Zonder bijbetaling. Het duurde lang maar is gelukkig netjes opgelost door Reeflex! Nu op naar veel mooie foto resultaten.

Zoals via e-mail gecommuniceerd, is uw pakket helaas als verloren gemeld door UPS – een situatie die volledig buiten onze controle ligt. Ons team heeft onmiddellijk een officiële claim ingediend bij de koerier en we wachten momenteel op hun definitieve onderzoek voordat we een eventuele terugbetaling kunnen verwerken. Belangrijk om te weten: dit is de standaardprocedure voor alle verzekerde zendingen. Een terugbetaling kan pas worden uitgegeven zodra de claim officieel is afgerond. De terugbetaling moet worden goedgekeurd en verwerkt door de koerier; als verkoper zijn wij hier juridisch niet aansprakelijk voor.

Reeflex is a great experience!
I purchased:
- leather magsafe case for my iPhone 16 Pro
- bundle super telephoto lens 2x + macro lenses (working on the 5x zoom lens of the iPhone)
- telephoto lens 2x (working on the main lens of the iPhone)
Pros:
- high quality products
- really brings the photography experience with your phone to the next level and results are amazing (each lens)
- marketing about this product is reliable
- support team answers quickly and is very friendly, helpful and flexible
Cons:
- you have to pay for their Reeflex Pro app which is needed to use the lenses due to technical reasons (the native camera app uses computational and combined lenses photography, which cannot be overruled with a pro mode)

As with my previous interactions with the Reeflex team and store, everything’s easy, friendly and but also prompt and professional.
Every enquiry’s been answered within a business day (and often within hours) and every shipment’s been sent promptly - often making it from Italy to my front door in Australia within 3-4 days.
