Pretty smooth and fast.
However, I didn't understand the steps that I would go through very clearly. Making me click through a 30-sec orientation that set my expectations could have been helpful. I also didn't know that if I uploaded a doc (which I did proactively, before being prompted), the process would be paused and I would need to manually resume. It would have been better to prompt me about the paused state as soon as the doc updated.
One other thing: after you issued, my org still isn't searchable on gleif.org. I'm not upset about a small lag, but you haven't set my expectations about how long that takes.

Unduly Rigid and Bureaucratic Procedure
I’m concerned about the rigidity of the process. I requested that the contract be re-signed by the authorized signatory listed in the registry, after discovering that the original signatory's name was not included there. However, your team insisted that I provide a Power of Attorney instead.

Overall quick to respond, I just found some of the terminology obscure or not relatable to Australian business references so took a little to interpret what was required in some instances. Support was very helpful when I asked for clarification or assistance.
