I would advise you use another company. I ordered the main package on 28th April and I am still waiting. They will not prompt you and also lie about e-mails. I have asked for a refund today and will use another company for a speedy turn around. The guys on the phone clearly did not care and the whole process was frustrating. Make sure you use another company and my advise is not to use the full package and to take the cheapest. Just not with these guys!

Excellent service from start to finish. The company formation process was quick, straightforward, and very easy to follow. The online system was clear, and all documents were provided promptly after incorporation.

We had some issues with the new companies house requirement around personal ID codes, however Ed was on hand to assist and kept us fully updated.

This is my 3rd time using The formation company and I would highly recommend them.

Seven years ago when Formations helped G & G Partnership Limited to start up they included legal support on making business contract templates for us. Recently a new key customer needed to make significant changes to our standard terms and although the legal service was no longer available Formations did give critical advice albeit on a basis of not being liable for advice received. This was a WOW customer experience nonetheless and we wanted to thank Ed and others for the same day turnaround.

They held my hand every step of the way verifying my id at companies house with the added difficulty that I live in the Isle of Man , unrecognised by gov.
