Fast and very user friendly digital experience
RapidLEI offer a completely digital environment to apply for a LEI.
The UI very well designed and user friendly. The process to obtain a LEI consists of a few steps, but the time required to go from application to issued LEI was less than 24 hours.
Thus, I can only sincerely recommend RapidLEI.

Personnel are great. System is not.
The company personnel are very responsive and cooperative. The system, however, is very vague, doesn't provide enough information nor capability. It goes step by step instead of allowing all the information and forms to be submitted at once, which makes the application process cumbersome and time consuming.
