Cultivated Dilletantism
My experience with RapidLEI has been extremely disappointing. They did not deliver as promised, and their communication processes are completely confusing. It’s nearly impossible to get clear answers or updates, and the overall response time is painfully slow. For a service that’s supposed to be efficient and reliable, they are lagging far behind expectations. I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere for a smoother, more professional experience.

Feedback on the LEI Registration Process
During the registration process, I found some parts of the system a bit inconvenient. Specifically, when uploading documents and providing declarations, the steps are divided into two or even three separate stages. It would be more efficient if this could be designed as a single, integrated step.
Additionally, I received multiple emails prompting me to supplement documents or submit declarations. Without checking through ChatGPT, I wouldn’t have known exactly where to upload the additional documents or where to provide the necessary declarations.
Therefore, I suggest simplifying this process so that all required uploads and declarations can be completed in one step. This would make the registration process smoother and more user-friendly.
