Purr & Mutt Recenzje

Thanks purr & mutt team for your excellent customer service, perhaps I was a little too hasty to judge on my last review, but you certainly made up for it by giving me a chance to correct my mistake even though you didn’t have to. and I couldn’t be any happier, the new image is fantastic. Thank you so much for your kind understanding. I will certainly be recommending you to friends and family.

The portrait that arrived was amazing. They captured my dog Bruce's face perfectly. Really happy

Just WOW!!!! The perfect gift!

Purr & Mutt conducted the whole process perfectly. Easy to order, great communication, nothing but the perfect photo was acceptable leading to the perfect print of our Buddy. Thank you.

The whole experience was user friendly from start to finish.
Prints are great quality and exactly how you imagined them.
Thoroughly professional all round.

Very pleased with the pictures would definitely recommend this company

I was so excited when I received the package, my son bought his first home and I had the picture done. It is beautiful and looks like it cost 4 times more. I was excited about how fast it was made and shipped. I am now getting a photo ready to upload of daughters dogs to give them as a gift. Great work you won't regret.

Great service from the start, made sure the picture I supplied was good enough quality and produce a great end product, quick to share drafts for my approval and then a quick delivery. Love the picture, looking forward to gifting it to my dad this Fathers Day.

Delighted, Yoshi looks gorgeous 😍 especially his eyes. Stunning work you would think he was following you with his eyes. Thank you for making it all straightforward, very professional from start to finish. Prompt delivery. All the best to you all and thanks once again for the beautiful memory I can look at every day.

This is the third portrait I've ordered from Purr and Mutt. They have all been excellent. My pet is a bird and the level of artistry on the portraits is phenomenal. I would whole heartedly recommend this company

Very quick turn around and great quality product! We love it!

The process was easy and the portrait came out beautifully. My wife loved the gift.

The phone case for the Apple 16 pro was cheap and the picture of her dog is already wearing off. It’s a plain clear case with the picture on the back. It was a birthday present although the picture looked ok the case was just cheap looking and the picture isn’t staying on. Maybe a pillow or a portrait would be better but not impressed with the case

Bought a canvas princess portrait of my daughter's dog as a birthday gift. She loved it. Easy to order, arrived quickly, no issues. Thanks guys.

I’ve used Purr and Mutt a few times and the quality just keeps getting better. The whole process was seamless and I was very impressed with how my photos came out! This is great for gifts and I would definitely use them again!

They made the process fool-proof and let me know when they needed a different pet photo t obtain a good result. My sister was thrilled when she received the portraits and everyone makes a fuss about them when they come to her house. I couldnt be happier with the purchase. I liked them so much, I plan to get one of my own dog soon :)

The pillow looks very realistic.

I bought this for my husband. His little "Biscuit" (cat) passed away and he has taken it very hard. He almost broke down in tears he loved the portrait of her so much. Thank you for making it possible for him to see his "Biscuit" looking down at him in a regal costume. My experience from start to finish was wonderful. I appreciated the preview to have the chance to make changes if necessary. Thank you again!

Avoid this company at all costs, there are plenty of similar companies/freelancers offering the same service who are much better.

Within hours of placing an order I was notified that the size of my order was being altered (with no option of protesting or cancelling). This wasn't great as I was ordering art in a certain size to fit in with others.

Not much longer after that I received an email asking for more photos as the ones I had submitted did not meet their guidelines. I felt they did, but since they are the service provider they obviously know better. Unfortunately I have no other pictures, so I requested they cancel the order instead.

No refunds. It's in our "FAQ" so we can't/don't do that. First time I'm hearing that an FAQ was binding, sounds like an excuse to me.

So what are my options? I receive store credit that is useless to me since I have no other pictures, or I receive a poor quality product. Or in other words, we keep your money or you receive trash.

They have openly acknowledged that the product will be of poor quality and are still willing to go down this route, all for the sake of keeping your money. I'm not sure what they intend on doing if/when I receive the poor quality product and then contest it once again, but I imagine my money is lost to these swindlers.

I have since gone with a different company (a freelancer!) who has been really helpful from the start. Looked over my images, made a few alterations, printed the work and shipped from half way around the World in the space of only a week! Really happy with the result and wished I'd come across them before I found these thieves.

Just do yourself a favour and avoid. They are really not worth it.

I had a picture of my nephews dog a chocolate lab named Goose. When I found your website I checked it out and was impressed with how many fun characters to choose from for pets. Nephews 28th birthday I picked the war pilot with his dogs face and it came out incredible. When my nephew opened this gift, he was stunned and elated, laughed out loud and then told me this gift was by far the best gift he’s ever received!
I was more than completely satisfied from start to finished product. All pet lovers need to treat themselves or someone they care about to this amazing gift.
