My arms weren’t attached to my body!!! Then when I contact customer service they tell me there is nothing they can do for me😡. I didn’t ask for a refund I just want a picture and that I can actually hang on my wall. Mistakes happen but customer service should be better at trying resolve the problem, not just tell me that I have to order a new $150 canvas to get an image with arms attached to my body. The product is the problem not the customer.

I sent a photo of a beautiful Golden Retriever that is owned by very dear friends of mine who live out of state.
First, it arrived three days earlier than what was estimated. Secondly, they love it and sent a photo of it. The portrait is beautiful and would recommend to anyone who is on the fence about ordering, just do it! You will be very happy with the results!!!

The portrait came very quick, however it did not exactly match what was sent for review and the frame from the portrait was off but I don’t mind that.
