Great experience

Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience. Was worried about the negative reviews. Moby was awesome helped me with my bags, was respectful good location felt safe and secure.

Avoid. Just simply avoid.

It took 30 minutes for them to pick us up - 'due to traffic' - then we drove for 20 minutes to arrive back at the airport to collect someone else, then another 20 minutes back to their yard - one hour and ten minutes between them being called and us arriving at our car. What's the point of asking for our return flight number if we have to go through all of that anyway?
We then all had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return to the office so we could actually get the keys.
There is an additional £6.50 charge per person, hidden away in the 'more info' section, that you need to pay to actually get you to the airport from the yard, and having discussed this with other people on the bus and those waiting to book in, no-one knew about this beforehand. Our own fault for not reading the small print.
The bus driver did actually stop at one point, wind the window down and start swearing at another driver.

All in all - a bunch of right amateurs.

Ramiz

Ramiz, picked us up from the airport and was polite and courteous and explained everything. Nice manner and spoke softly.

Moby is a good pickup driver

Moby is a good pickup driver, very kind, and smooth process.

Only issue we encountered was that we rang up in advance due to a flight cancellation to amend our booking, we got told it was fine on the phone but when we got here there were minor issues and extra charges which we weren’t told on the phone.

Can’t fault it !! Great value

Can’t fault it !!!
The cost was competitive to other car parking for 37 days “excellent”
Car was as we left it
Airport drop off was efficient and timely
Airport collection was also efficient and timely with the bonus of an excellent driver “Moby”who was helpful, kind and chatty a great end to a perfect holiday
We highly recommend this car parking and will most definitely use them again
