Not a great experience. Our flights were cancelled quite far in advance so we ended up having to change flights to different days/times around the original dates. I let premium parking know and they responded to let me know my parking had been changed to reflect the new times. On arrival they could not find the booking, were incredibly rude and told me I had not let them know. We continued on with our flight and I text them the return details AND a copy of their original response. On arrival back they did not have the car ready, and continued to blame me for everything - only when I proved that they had all the details and agreed changes did the main bloke give us a limp apology. We had to wait further for them to find our keys, then the car, he told us we were “lucky” it was only blocked in my one car.. He also spoke to my husband and said “she’s not happy” with me stood right there, lovely chap! Absolutely will not be using them again

Used Premium Parking Manchester for a trip from Manchester Airport and Moby looked after us from start to finish. He was prompt picking us up, friendly, and got us to the terminal in plenty of time with no stress. On the way back he was right there waiting for us, easy to find, and had us back to our car in no time. Smooth, reliable and a genuinely nice bloke to deal with. Took all the hassle out of airport parking. Thanks Moby, we’ll be using you again.

Hard to find entrance as described next to fitness centre ? It was on a completely different road and entrance .Also £6.50 barrier charges each way collection and drop off seems unfair to me when others Dont do this at all !! .the driver was erratic driving in built up areas which was unsettling .I will not be returning to these people using them the first time and was very disappointed.

Charged extra £14 on arrival for airport transfers apparently hidden in the team’s and conditions. left waiting for 30 minutes for transfers and 15 minute drive to the airport. Nothing saved and only hassle to get to and from the airport.

Left me standing in the rain for 15 minutes, told me the lift would be a half hour, took them 45 minutes and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for more people stuffing as many into the van at once as they could. They then proceeded to charge £15 for the car park at the airport! terrible service and if you’re in any form of a rush, AVOID!

A little difficult to find the location so best to search using post code. Cars are safely kept in the location. There was a drop off and collection price to pay which was stated in the letter received but not included in the price of parking. Not sure if this applies to all the more expensive parking companies.
Important Notice:

Airport has introduced a levy for vehicles dropping off passengers at its terminal forecourts. A charge of £6.50 per visit each way will apply to use the designated drop-off zones located directly outside the airport terminals and this is not included in the booking cost. It will be collected at Premium Parking Manchester counter at time of departure.

Prompt drop off and pick up, mobi was very friendly and polite.
Only downside was we had to pay extra once we had dropped the car off, feel this should be explained beforehand
