Avoid this company.

My vehicle was damaged while in their custody at Manchester Airport parking. I reported the damage immediately and provided all the information requested.

It has now been over six weeks and I am still no closer to a resolution. Every time I contact them, I receive the same generic response stating that an "investigation is ongoing". No meaningful updates, no timescale, no explanation, and no direct contact with the person handling the claim.

At this point, it feels like they are simply trying to delay the process rather than resolve the issue. Customer service has been extremely disappointing and communication has been poor throughout.

If your vehicle is damaged while parked with this company, do not expect a prompt or transparent claims process.

I am still waiting for somebody to take responsibility and provide a clear answer.

Not something I usually do but given airport parking can be a little bit hot and miss - i thought these guys deserved a review. Other than some difficulty getting through to them on our return (they were busy) - I would definitely use again - without hesitation! Polite. Clear Comms. Had difficulty locating die to our early start, they guided us around to the other side of their location. No problem with the car and a short transfer. Very happy customer.

Really great and value for money parking service. Dropped off my car and promptly transported to Manchester airport via free mini bus. Upon return (on 30/05), I was picked up by driver (i think his name was Mobby), he was very friendly and patient as i struggled a bit to find pick up spot. Overall, had a great experience.

Would not use this company again, absolute scam artists, come up as the cheapest on comparison sites and then charge you £13 more when you get there for a ride to and from the airport (uber would be cheaper) and they make you wait ages before dropping you off, we almost missed our flight and had to run to the gate before it closed
