I’ve been with physique factory for 8 or so weeks now and I couldn’t recommend jumping on board more highly, I’ve seen better and quicker results in 5 weeks than I have in any period of my life because of the wide knowledge and experience my coach has and has given me. 100% worth the investment.

Hi I’m bodhi, I’ve been with PF for 9 weeks now and have achieved 11 kg of fat loss and up 2kg lean gain. My coach has been super supportive snd is available whenever I needed them. He gave me personalised gym programs and helped me with what’s foods to eat to hit my goals. I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone who is Looking to lose fat and gain muscle. Definitely worth the money as it gives you the knowledge to get into the habit yourself.

Ive been following this program for the last few weeks. Information is easy to grasp and this really works well if you stick to it. My names Ace and I’ve been with PF for about 5 months now. During these 5 months I’ve lost over 25kgs with my Coach. It has been an absolute BOMB experience and my coach is an absolute legend. He keeps me in check keeps me motivated and I’m always able to reach out and ask him anything at all no matter the time. Some people may think it’s expensive which is what I thought at first but honestly this has literally changed my life. I’ve done a full 180 I’m genuinely into the gym and calisthenics, I model and work with brands now I used to snore and have bad sleep apnea now I sleep perfectly without snoring my coach has helped me transform my life for the better so the money is definitely worth it, my transformation has been insane and I love everything about PF.

I’ve been with physique factory since early December now an I literally can not fault them! My coach has been outstanding an has had an answer an solution to any question ive had, he genuinely cares about his clients and that really comes across. I’m 12 weeks in an 10kg down but have also put on muscle 100%. I saw these guys on instagram for ages and just assumed it was another fitness scam but can now wholeheartedly say it is certainly NOT!

Been with my coach for around 9 weeks now, dropped down from 109.2 to 93.2 during that space with a high focus on maintaining muscle and just shredding BF. It’s manageable & his advice and guidance is unreal.

Highly recommend this program to get ahold of your physique, goals and keep yourself accountable, great to learn what the body is capable of too with the correct nutrition and training schedule.

The support and guidance from my coach at the Physique factory has been epic. I couldn’t recommend it enough! So far I have lost 10kg of fat and gained 2kg of lean muscle whilst maintaining a lean physique. Being taught how to implement my training and nutrition while maintaining a normal lifestyle has been the biggest game changer for me. I should also mention I’ve shown the best health stats my go has ever seen on my records. Mentally, physically and socially I’m a better person for joining. If you’re on the fence about it, all I can say is give it a shot, go all in and trust the process!

Hey I’m Mario, I’ve been with PF for 8 weeks now with my coach, during this time I’ve achieved 4.5 kg of weight loss, and have gained muscle of about 2kg. The change and feeling great, more energy, has been noticeable, and also by family and friends.

As a 58 year old, the program has helped me to feel 100% better than what I was, in losing weight, being the much fitter, stronger and active person with overall drive in life and more discipline.
