Bag arrived. Finish on leather is disgusting.

Doesn’t look anything like what was promoted.

I purchased a Greenwood leather bag a few weeks ago. Very Prompt service. I am enjoying my Canadian made bag and is made with good quality leather with many compartments.

I recently bought a backpack from Greenwood Leather and I’m really impressed with the quality. The leather feels premium, the design is stylish, and it’s very comfortable to carry. Great craftsmanship and definitely worth the purchase. Highly recommended! 👍🎒

Just received my Hamilton Sling this morning. I ordered it on Friday and received it first thing Monday morning here in Canada. Love everything about the experience, the vintage look of the bag, the quality of the materials, the value for money, the fast shipping and order tracking and the personal thank you email after purchase. I'll be recommending Greenwood and I will be buying more

Placed order. Funds collected, SAME day. Then NOTHING FOR 3.5 WEEKS. Kept emailing requesting shipping information, NO RESPONSE. Finally get a response blaming "tarrifs"... had ordered AND RECEIVED SEVERAL OTHER ITEMS FROM CANADA ETC AFTER THIS ORDER SO, LIES. I start the process with my bank to take back my funds AND MAGICALLY IT HAS "SHIPPED" NO SHIPPING EMAIL NOTHING. STAY FAR AWAY THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM

Ordered a purse for my mother. The interior stitching was coming apart. I emailed them twice. No response. Stay away.

The product that arrived was not as advertised. Completely different interior lining to the one pictured. No indication on the website that internals may be different to what is pictured. Different colour, different interior pockets. I would not have chosen this product had I known. Have contacted the company. Based on others reviews I’m not expecting to hear back. All great reviews on the website and elsewhere. Wish I had found these reviews before parting with $200+. Steer clear of these people.

I purchased two items, a briefcase and a leather travel bag. The briefcase was fine and met expectations. The travel bag was in very poor condition, and it required a week of cleaning, conditioning and polishing before it was presentable. Green Wood sought a review through their website, and I provided the above comments. For some reason their reviews were not available for a time. Now the reviews are available my 1 Star comment is not included, AND no contact from the company.

Received my bag in good time but it does NOT look like the image on the website. It's like the vibrancy of the colours was digitally maxed on the website because mine is rather dull coloured. Contacted them and they don't even have the decency to respond.

Purchased Greenwood leather briefcase in September 2022. By early 2024 one of the clips was broken. By end of 2024 the second clip had broken. Have emailed Greenwood twice asking for advice on repair and they won't even reply to me.

I have contacted them twice - once by the online contact form and then a follow-up email - about one of their products because of a confusing description and haven't heard back from them. Haven't even gotten the chance to BUY anything from them because I don't know if the product I'm looking at will do what I need it to do (which then brings up the fact that their product descriptions contradict each other, like saying "fits a 16-inch laptop in the reinforced compartment" but only has a "13-inch reinforced laptop compartment").
100% would NOT recommend.

Terrible customer service. Cancels orders for no good reason.
Do not shop from them. Must be a scam.
