Took me a while to find a suitable backpack, that would be suitable for travelling but also have enough pockets for my essentials. Leather quality absolutely blew me away, the smell just wow! Can tell it’s real. It’s absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much for the great service as well, fast delivery, no problems!

Never received a confirmation email once I submitted my order. Sent inquiry over website - no response, sent email - no response, sent another email asking for a response and said I would contract bank for a charge back and only then did they respond saying my messages had gone to a separate folder that wasn't monitored. Then I finally received an actual shipping notification. Paid $13.20 for delivery and still hadn't received my item after a week. When item did arrive it had been sent economy which would have only cost $8.80. I had been assured that it had be sent by courier. I don't mind paying for shipping if the amount I pay is actually what it costs. Disappointed with the whole experience and will not be buying from Leather bags NZ again.

Website and checkout very easy to navigate. Great clear images and descriptions left no doubt of what you were ordering. Daniel was extremely helpful in helping me select. Shipping was prompt and my wife absolutely LOVED her new Matilde bag.

The Leather Care Balsam is an excellent product that has a nice fragrance as well.

My wife liked the colour but we didn't realise how stiff the leather was. We presume that in time it will soften.
I put some rags at the bottom to shape the bag more so that it would sit on its base. On Rosemary's birthday I will remove the rags and present the bag to her.
Nothing in this world quite satisfies, that's why we need Jesus to bring joy into our soul.
