Dishonest Company - Beware
I have been dealing with this company for months and have received terrible service. I originally ordered a ring and the wrong sized ring was sent. The funny thing was this ring fitted me. Then I ordered another ring the same size and the new one didn't fit. I contacted Trendhim and they made me jump through so many hoops, sending photos, then visiting a jeweler to prove the rings were different sizes. Finally they agreed to an exchange but the correct size ring wasn't in stock. I finally spotted that the ring was back in stock and they told me to order it immediately as there was only one unit in stock and they would refund the shipping. They then completely ghosted me and haven't responded to about eight emails I've sent them querying when the shipping will be refunded. They still haven't refunded the shipping as they promised. I have no choice but to raise a dispute with Visa to cancel this transaction. I will never be ordering from them again and warn others that they are a dishonest company.

I have investigated your case and can confirm that your shipping fee refund has now been sent to our finance team for final processing. Once they have completed it, the funds typically take 2 to 4 business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping timeframes still wrong
Reading reviews, it appears this company continues to advertise that items will be delivered in 6-9 working days.
After having waited 10 working days (tracking not updates since 19/02), I received an email stating the order has been delayed!
I replied to it a few days later asking why it appears to be stuck, and got a helpful reply suggesting I wait up to 29 working days (really?!) with precisly zero other assistance offered
EDIT:
Reply from Trendhim states they resolved the issue. Nope.
What they did was send another package. Which also hasn't arrived.
No word from them about what has actually held things up. No offer to follow up. No accountability.

Great products
Love what you do. This is our third order and we're very happy. The only downside was that an email about the order being ready to go crossed over with an offer for a free chain. Bad timing but still frustrating.

I bought a gift online, not realising I was ordering from Denmark which is a very long way from NZ. However, the product arrived much faster than expected and was of very good quality for the price paid. A+ quality and service.

AMAZING!
I was a little dubious to buy something from overseas but loved the product so gave it a try. So glad I did because the whole experience was stress-free and quick! I wasn't sure where the product was actually going to be dispatched from but was glad to see it was from Denmark and arrived quicker than I expected in excellent condition. The rings are absolutely beautiful with super cool packaging. My partner loves them! I will be a repeat customer for sure! 😎

Excellent product but more importantly, excellent after sales support.
I received my bracelet which I was very impressed with; however, the magnet in the clasp had come away. I contacted them for a replacement and without hesitation, (with photo evidence)they offered to send me a replacement bracelet. There responses were always within 12 hours. Nice work Trendhim, I’ll definitely be buying more from this website.
