Breed Specific Health testing
The kit came very fast with full instructions. It was very easy to do, and easy to return. Communications of the lab were brilliant, keeping me up to date with where they were up to with the tests. The completed test certificate is easily downloaded, and clear to read.

Hi Conmen, we've already asked you for the tracking number for the swab you sent back to us but you've said you won't give it to us. We'd really like to see how long this swab was sitting in the postal service so that we can take it up with Isle of Man Post (our local equivalent of Royal Mail). Could you let us know the tracking number so we can ask them why your swab was so delayed? It was definitely booked into our lab on the day it arrived with us so we would love to find out what has happened here.

I had my sample envelope with me within 24 hrs. Sent back signed for with Royal Mail. Pet genetics emailed to say it had arrived and have kept me informed using the dashboard on line how my test is progressing. Brilliant service

TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM.
TERRIBLE COMPANY, WRONG RESULTS CONSTANTLY.
I HAD MY DOG DNA TESTED BY THIS COMPANY, THEY GAVE ME WRONG DNA TEST RESULTS AS I HAD THEM RE-DONE X 2 AT ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY LABOKLIN AND THE RESULTS WHERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN PET GENETICS LAB RESULTS AND IT TURNS OUT THAT PET GENETICS LAB RESULTS WHERE COMPLETELY WRONG/FALSE.
THE KENNEL CLUB HAS EVEN STOPPED ACCEPTING THEIR RESULTS AS THEY ARE FOREVER GETTING THE DNA LAB TEST RESULTS WRONG AND THEY ARE CONTINUALLY UNRELIABLE. THEN THEY JUST REFUSE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND WON'T ANSWER ANY CORRESPONDENCE.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
I have provided my order number aswell as my email address and NO I won't be giving you my phone number as YOU don't give your phone number.
I have not refused as you put to give the order number as you claim either..
UPDATE.. I have given ALL my details that you need to know exactly what this complaint about your incompetent mistakes is for, absolutely NO scam or another competitive other company trying to slur Pet Genetics Lab and you trying to deflect from your incompetence by blaming and using other excuses doesn't make your company any the less totally guilty of WRONG DNA RESULTS CONTINUALLY and is why the Kennel Club has dropped this company for UNRELIABILITY in your test results. THIS IS A CATEGORICALLY GENUINE REVIEW. I see you also have an old review account company (a bit misleading) on this Trustpilot site and alot of people's reviews that are terrible aswell are on that and i see I'm by far NOT THE ONLY GENUINE INDIVIDUAL. Update 2: We requested more information so we could resolve your issue and you provided an email address which is not on any of our ordering or customer services contact systems. Your reply to our request for an order number was "I've already sent you all these details amd you just didn't bother to respond". Given we have had no contact from you prior to this review, this does not help us to resolve any issue you have with our company (or point you in the direction of the correct company to talk to). Unfortunately, we are unable to help you further via the TrustPilot platform, which is not a customer services system. We would encourage you to provide full information to our customer services email.
Update: Your first review seems to be from a "David Lavine" but your duplicate review seems to be from a "Caroline Margolies". We have flagged this to TrustPilot as this appears to be either spam or from a competitor attempting to smear our reviews.
As we said on our previous reply to your duplicate review: Hello, thank you for providing your email address, although you refused to provide your order number or a contact telephone number. Unfortunately, there is no order on our online store from the email address you provided us with. Did you order with another email address? Do you have an order number we can use to look up your order? Are you sure it was PGL you ordered with, we have no complaint email/case registered on our customer services system. With no information to track down a legitimate order it is very difficult to try to resolve your problem.

Hi Gary,
We're sorry you were disappointed in having to pay for your certificate to be printed and posted to you and that you felt that our turnaround time was slow; we did upload your results to the customer portal two days before our published turnaround time. Unfortunately, we do have to charge for the additional administration of printing and posting test certificates as we only get this request once or twice per year. All of our certificates are available to download and print at home via the customer portal and we did advise you that you could print it at your local library, which would have only cost you pennies. We hope you were pleased with the test results and hope to see you as a customer again in the future.
