Please be careful and avoid this company !!! I have two girls who results came back as one of them is dilute when she’s black and tan and I made a colour test for her daughter who is dapple and the results came back as she wasn’t dapple. They are a scam and very unorganised. All their positive results they get their family and friends to write them . They will not redo my test results as they accuse me of trying to get a charge back with my bank which I haven’t and now I have made a complaint with my bank to see if I can get my money back . Please avoid them. My only wish is that I read all the bad reviews because trust me I am a victim of a scam with this company

I paid for 2 dm test 1 was a carrier 1 was clear I purchased the clear pup to redo a full health package to come back he’s a carrier I’ve emailed and all have got is to dispute it I have it’s still pending and tried all the phone numbers that are possible all say not working

Not the best customer service, poor turnaround times and no easy way to speak with anyone.

Paid a lot of money for the test now coming into day 18 with no results, and just a standard computer says no response when you look for some clarity.

If you are going tonuse the service do the tests well in advance of their stated turnaround times and dont expect mich assistance in the meantime.

This is the 3rd or 4th test ive had from them, but i think its going to be time to start looking at other companies, if i dont get my results by friday this week which will be 20 working days on the "approximate" 14 they state

Had to contact customer services to cancel one kit. They dealt with my request and refunded on receipt.
Results were produced quickly so I would certainly recommend this company

I have always found them to be quick , reliable and professional. The only delay is Royal Mail took 8 days to get the sample back to them.

Good communication and solved an issue with my passcode. Not the company at fault but another customer inputting wrong code.

Paid for a cavapoo bundle, they only performed the poodle tests, missing two tests.
The only option in the chat on the website is to email, which I have multiple times - no response. And no contact number to speak to anyone.
