Since Brexit , we had our difficulties but must say that Pencarrie handled the several situations and Customs directives with patience and correctly delivered all the paperwork accordingly to date.

To mention, Tracey Saxby was always exceptional and went out of her way many times and when she was not around, she made sure that her colleagues follow suit , which they all did with distinction.

Great company offering everything you need at the click of a mouse or you can call them and speak to their highly experienced sales staff. I had a last minute urgent order for a large number of premier aprons. However, every wholesaler in the UK was waiting for stock. I spoke to Sarah at Pencarrie and out of all the wholesalers, she was the only one who gave me a great alternative to offer my customer. They supplied a sample the next day and after checking it out, the customer prefered it to their initial choice!
Moreover, all of my orders so far, have been delivered next day. You can't really ask for much more from a supplier imho.

Alex took a call from me and she was really helpful with a minor fault with a T-shirt.
I would normally discard the very occasional faulty T-shirt for eco reasons as much as my own admin time. But I needed a replacement very quickly and it was sorted. Pencarrie certainly go an extra mile when it comes to service.

I can not praise Sarah too much. She was so helpful and went out of her way to explain everything as simple as possible with patience as I’m not the best at navigating websites.

Wow! Pencarrie and all their staff are AMAZING. Our delivery didnt arrive today which was very important. Pencarrie acted immediately, ensuring our delivery was returned as we had ordered. They are also refunding our special delivery charge as well as offering a seperate gesture of good will - none of which was asked for.
Our family business have used PC as our preferred supplier for the last 5 years plus. We highly recommend their service. We always have fun on the phone and they ALWAYS go above and beyond.
A special mention for Sarah, she has me in stitches and is SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
