Always so helpful and so nice on the phone. They know what I need and are on the job even before I had to go through explaining everything. I ordered last night at 7pm id say....just had a notification saying itll be here today! Wasn't expecting that at all as I was sure it was way past the deadline! So so impressed!!

Great Service as always
Working with Pencarrie is always easy. With such a huge selection of products on offer, there are occasions when I need a little support to find exactly what I’m looking for. Today, I called and spoke with Sarah. I explained that I was struggling to locate a specific product, and within seconds, she found exactly what I needed, helping me secure a large sale.
But she didn’t stop there. Sarah then explained how she found it so quickly on the website, so next time I need to search for something specific, I can locate the information easily myself.

Amazing service from PenCarrie. Hannah was so helpful and such a friendly person to speak to over the phone. She sorted out my issue in five minutes or less and I can't stress how helpful and cheerful she was.

Perfect customer service
Kieran was fantastic! was so nice and helpful on the phone, sorted everything out in a matter of minutes! Our problem wasn't due the company's error it was down to a courier's error but he still went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me and my customer.
