Excellent Customer Service from Pencarrie
I’ve always enjoyed working with Pencarrie, and a recent experience with DPD has reminded me why. Their customer service is genuinely excellent. Despite ongoing issues with DPD, the team at Pencarrie went above and beyond to help resolve the situation.
A special thank you to Shelley, and the customer team who took my concerns seriously and escalated everything quickly, and to Kieran, who personally stepped in to ensure my order was rekeyed, collected overnight, and sent via an alternative courier so it could reach me as soon as possible. Their communication was clear, proactive, and incredibly professional throughout.
While the delivery problems were outside of their control, Pencarrie did everything they could to put things right, and I truly appreciate the effort and care they put into resolving the issue.
Highly recommended - excellent products, but more importantly, exceptional people.

I can honestly say as a business owner, moving over from our previous supplier to PenCarrie was by far one of the best decisions myself and my wife have made this year for our little independent business.
They consistently go above and beyond for us as a business, their customer service team are a credit to the company consistently far exceed my expectations. I called only yesterday to speak to Sophie whom contacted us via email shortly after we attended PenCarries most recent branding event. I would remised if I did not say was for me and my wife was a highlight of the year we were kindly invited to by another of their representatives Olesya Isupova.
It genuinely felt that Sophie did everything that she could to help me and as usual solved it quickly.
the entire team deserves nothing but accolade they are a pleasure to work with and they will continue to have Camerons Crafts as a customer indefinitely.
